Hello Outreach Captains!

 

I would like to take a moment to introduce myself to you. My name is Katie Stepleton, I am currently the South Campus A-TEAM Volunteer Coordinator and have recently taken on the roll as A-TEAM Outreach Administrator. I will be working directly with Pastor Rick Edmonds to make sure that our city sees the love of Christ through your outreaches. I am here to help coordinate the supplies, venues, and any other needs you may have, as well as coordinate the outreach reports.

 

I also wanted to use this opportunity to let you know of a few things we are starting to implement:

 

Outreach supplies:

If you lead an outreach that requires supplies, food, etc that we need to purchase, we ask that you pick them up at our South BR Main Office (10877 Reiger Rd. Baton Rouge, LA 70809). Your supplies will be ready on the Thursday before your outreach, and you can pick them up on Thursday or Friday from 8am-5pm.

 

Outreach forms:

Below you will find two very important forms. One is the form to be used for reporting after your outreach, and the other is the form to fill out when you need supplies. If you have an ongoing outreach that has the same supplies each month, you do not need to fill out that form. It will be used mainly for new outreaches.
