Hey guys,

I attached the components to the video per Gerald's request.

In the attachment you will find:

• the pictures used
• music used
• updated narration
• the intro and exit videos (at the beginning and end of the video)

A couple of notes; I listened to Mr. Honeycutt's updated narration, there are a couple of small edits that need to be done at: 1:57 and 3:39 to edit out a few seconds.

With the attached components, the video that I sent can be reproduced, enhanced, etc.

Some bad news, due to some unforeseen technical problems, I won't be able to easily insert Mr. Honeycutt's narration and correct the zip codes. I'll have to rebuild the entire video. Long story short, a process I thought would take 2-3 hours, will take about 8-9 hours :(

I noticed that the group reached out to Joe to help with the video, who if I recall correctly helped the group with the THiNK song. This is great, anything to make the final product better.

Before I invested the additional time to make the changes to the video I wanted see if you guys planned to turn the video over to him to let him make all the additional changes etc. If so that's fine, I just didn't want to do work that didn't need to be done.

If you are having Joe do changes to just parts of the video and still want me to put it all back together, just let me know, it's would be extremely helpful to me to do a final layout once all the updated parts by Joe are completed and sent to me.

We also rewrote Aretha Franklin's song THINK and are trying to get copyright approval to use it. We contacted her manager and never heard from him. I will send the song to you also, so you can give me your professional opinion.

Guys, I just got off the phone with the lady from Bethany asking if THiNK is going to host the Easter Egg Hunt again this year, Easter Sunday is March 27^th.  She is going to email me the info and I will forward it on. From what I see it cost us $220 to rent the park and $367.50 for the insurance, $75.00 for security (thanks to Chris’s help). I am sure we spent more on misc, just not sure what that was. This will put us in scramble mode if we shoes to take it on this year. Just food for thought. It would pretty much put us at almost zero dollars in the account should the cost stay the same as last year.
