Dear customer,
You have received this e-mail from Mr.
Msalizi Kazema marketing officer of Landspecs Developers Ltd offering
Plots at Kiromo, Bagamoyo at 8,900/- , 10,000, and 11,000 per square
meter for residential, residential/ commercial, and commercial purposes
respectively. The Surveyed Plots No. 1 – 151 Block E at Kiromo (under
Plan No. E7 7/148 of Registered Plan No. 68558), Bagamoyo
District Coast Region, the plot sizes are ranging from 760 to 2805 square
meters for residential and commercial/ residential plots and 2245
to 10896 square meters for commercial plots only. The prices included
the costs of processing individual plot Title Deed, Utilities (water
and power substation (transformer)) to common areas of the project and
access road through graded gravel roads.
Upon accepting terms and conditions
of sales agreement, you shall make payments. The purchasing price is paid
on full but at request of purchaser three installments are accepted
whereas 40% deposit is paid on day of signing contract.

identifying plot, pricing list for plot sizing, pricing, land use and plot
availability, and Land information form for plot application of interest.
