Malaysia - Year in Search 2014 |
As the year draws to a close, here is a look back at what we searched for in the past 12 months in Malaysia. Trending Searches - In terms of overall searches, queries on MH370’s disappearance topped the list, followed by World Cup 2014 and MH17. Trending People - On people, the late Karpal Singh was on the minds of Malaysians over the past year, followed by the late Robin Williams. Trending Mobile Searches - As for the top mobile searches, World Cup 2014 came in No.1. But it wasn’t all fun and games this year with MH370 and MH17 also dominating Google’s mobile search box as people looked for answers and comfort on the Internet. Visit Google’s Year in Search Page for in depth coverage of the top stories in 2014. On behalf of the Google Malaysia team, we’d like to thank you for reading our newsletters. Happy Holidays and see you back in early 2015! |
