Overview:

AWS Cloud infrastructure support services
level-1 (monitor and alert) and 
level-2 (restart instance or recovery based on backup).
Dev-op is level-3 (investigate and recovery based on process, example, stopping transaction files and pushing BITE), and
Engineering is level-4 (correction, change design)
