How To Install Thin on Windows

Hi Everyone,

I'm using WEBrick server and actually i would like to switch to Thin Web Server, However, i tried to install thin web server. Adding "gem 'thin'" to Gemfile and run 'gem install thin' on my ruby command but i am getting this error...

ERROR: Could not find a valid gem 'thin' <>= 0>, here is why:

unable to download data from https://rubygems.org/ - SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server certificate verify failed <https://rubygems.org/latest_specs.4.8.gz>
