What would be the best way to show autocad's online maps in a drawing that was based on ground coordinates (converted from grid at origin's (0,0) by a scale factor)? I try tinkering with drawing settings and transformation tools from the NAD83 Texas State Planes, North central Zone, US Foot Coordinate system in the States, but it just never lands right even when I set the reference points for either the Grid and Local Points or for their not to be any rotation. Any advise will be appreciated.

Scale factor is accurate. The issue is not the base files themselves. They are in good shape and are accurately scaled using TxDOT county surface adjustment factor and verify by other parties, the client themselves too as it lands accurately on all their other previous projects in the area. The question is the online map. I just don't want to reference in an aerial and adjust it to ground coordinates each time when i can simply turn on the map and transform it to land on the adjusted drawing.
