Boss Katana Tone Studio Download

Hi! I am not trying to bash the katana amps but when I got my 100watt mk1 it sounded like a can of bees. After tinkering on tone studio I have gotten some tones that I enjoy a lot and saved them on the amp. But I'm curious, is it just mine?

My RC 50 boss tone says a connection to Boss Tone Central cannot be established (Win 10 v.21H2. I tried everything I can think of with microphone, but there is no way to allow access to BTS. Any help?
