Attached is the RFQ you requested, a copy of my resume, as well as a copy of my last contract with NACSA which happened to be for the OPSB charter review session in 2014. During the 2015 session I was employed by OPSB and therefore not contracted. However, I was consulted by the Portfolio Management team regarding some financial statements.
