We've been calling this gathering The Science of Deliberate Creation,
and surely it is that. But we are wanting to give it a new and
emphatic subtitle. (a subtitle that you place even more importance
upon than the title) We are calling this workshop The Art of
Allowing.

Because when you discover how to achieve vibrational harmony with your
Source and with your desire, then you are in the vibrational state of
allowing the things that you want. And it's not a difficult thing to
do once you understand the way your Guidance System works, and that
Law of Attraction is always consistent. Law of Attraction says that
which is like unto itself is drawn. And everything is managed or
organized by Law of Attraction. Law of Attraction is gloriously,
blessedly, lovingly consistent. It never plays favorites. It never
behaves differently for one than another. It is always what it is.
It's like the law of gravity--you can count on it.

Your Emotions are Your Guidance System

Your emotions tell you everything that you need to know about your
state of allowing or of not allowing. In other words, when you feel
positive emotion it means you are in vibrational harmony with your
Source, and you are allowing the good things that you are wanting to
come to you. It is that simple.

As You Are in a Place of Feeling Good, You are in a Place of Allowing
Good.

When you feel that which you call positive emotion, such as joy or
appreciation, or a feeling of love or well-being those feelings that
make your heart sing, those exhilarating feelings, those feelings,
whether it ranges from contentment to passion, those feelings that you
would call good feelings, those feelings that you would wish for all
people that you love, (and if you are very wise you would wish them
for all people that you don't even know and maybe not love) as you are
in that place of feeling good you are in the place of allowing. You
are in the place of allowing what? Allowing Source Energy. Allowing
connection with who you are. Allowing wellness. Allowing clarity.
Allowing abundance of all things desired.
When you feel negative emotion, such as anger or fear or frustration
or rage, even anxiety, those feelings of depression? when you feel
that which you call negative emotion, what that always means is, for
some reason, right now, you are not in the state of allowing. Allowing
what? Allowing Source Energy, allowing clarity, allowing all that is
good. You are, instead, in the state of resisting. You are in a
vibrational state where, for whatever reason, you have found some
reason to focus in a way that disallows the Pure, Positive Energy, the
Source Energy, the Energy that creates worlds from flowing to you and
through you in the way that you've intended it.

You Live in a Sea of Well-Being

What a magnificent Guidance System, your emotions. Not something that
has to be translated by another. Not something that has to be written
in a book and studied for years to be understood. It is right there
within you in the moment.

Why Aren't More Using Their Guidance System?

So why aren't more people utilizing their Guidance System to hold
themselves more often in a state of allowing the things that they
want? Because you have become accustomed to the feeling of resistance,
so much so that your Guidance System is sort of numb. It feels normal
for many of you to feel a little ornery, or a little aggravated. In
other words, you have become so accustomed to the feeling of
resistance that you don't understand the Guidance System when it is
there within you.

And because most of you have not been made aware of the process of
Energy flowing, and how it feels as it flows through you, most of you
have lost your place in your Creative Universe in terms of flowing
Energy. You have become those, almost without exception, human beings
who are charting the results of how you and others have flowed Energy.
You have become post Energy studiers. You are looking at the
manifestation, which is the result of how the Energy has been flowed,
instead of being aware of how you're flowing in the moment.

Your Power is All In The Now

The only thing that matters is how you're flowing in the moment. Right
now is where all of your power is. Right now you are either open and
allowing your Life Force to flow or not and you can tell by the way
you feel whether you are allowing or not.

You are receivers of Well-being in extraordinary fashion. You live in
a sea, or an arena, of grace. Well-being is the sea that surrounds
you. But sometimes, without meaning to, you can get focused upon a
piece of something that somebody has manifested in their art of
resistance, and as you focus upon it, and as you achieve vibrational
harmony with it, you include it in your vibration, as well, and now
you, too, are practicing resistance. How is that so? Because
everything is about attraction.

Your Attention To It Includes It

When you look at something that you want and you give your attention
to it by your attention to it you include it in your vibration. As you
say yes to it, you include this thing that you want in your vibration.
But when you see something that you do not want, and you shout no at
it by your attention to it you include it in your vibration. In this
Vibrational Universe, there is no such thing as no. Everything is yes.
So when you see something wanted, it is yes. When you see something
not wanted, it is yes.

You Know What is Wanted By seeing What Isn't

It is by your very objective nature, as you weigh the pros and the
cons and the pluses and the minuses, that you keep including things
that you don't want in your experience. "But Abraham, isn't that a
logical thing? I thought you said that I'm here to examine the content
of the Universe, and that out of this sea of contrast will be born
rockets of desire? So how can I help but see those things not wanted?"
That's right. You have to be able to see things not wanted. How would
you know what is wanted without your awareness of what is not wanted?

Every Stick Has Two Opposite Ends

Every subject is two subjects. It's like a stick with two ends on it.
On one end is what is wanted and on the other end is that which is not
wanted. So when you pick up the stick that says wellness, you're also
picking up the stick that says lack of wellness. When you pick up the
stick that says abundance, you're also picking up the stick that says
lack of abundance. Every possibility has two ends. "So how do I be in
the place of allowing, when I pick up the stick that says abundance?
How do I keep from picking up the other end of it that says, not
enough?" And we say, that's where your Guidance System comes in. You
can tell by the way you feel whether your propensity for vibration on
a topic is one of resistance or one of allowing.

When you pick up the stick that says abundance, do you feel confident?
Do you feel free? Do you feel glorious? Do you feel exhilarated? Or
when you pick up the stick that says money, do you feel restriction?
Do you feel shortage? Do you feel worried? Do you feel fear? Do you
feel anger? What is the feeling that you hold when you activate the
subject of dollars? Or of wellness, or of any subject?

Are You Selfish Enough To Feel Good?

Nothing Matters More than that I Feel Good

With much less effort than you have ever thought before, you can learn
to bring yourself into vibrational harmony with Well-being at all
times. But there's one thing that you have to decide before any of it
will begin to make sense, or before anything that we are going to
teach you here today will be able to be applied by you: You must be
selfish enough that you are willing to feel good. You have to reach
the place where you say, "Nothing matters more to me than that I feel
good." Because until you are willing to actively work at feeling good,
you're not going to know when you don't. Until you deliberately reach
for the conscious feeling of the higher vibration, you won't be able
to recognize the lower vibration.

You and the Cork are Naturally Buoyant

Imagine a cork bobbing up here on the surface of the water. On the
surface of the water is where your natural vibration is: high, fast,
pure. It all means the same. High, because there's no resistance,
fast, because there's no resistance, pure, because there's no
resistance. That's who you naturally are. Now take hold of that cork
and hold it under the water. That's what negative emotion is. But, as
soon as you let go of the cork, it floats right back to the surface.

And so, we're not here to teach you to raise your vibration, because
your vibration is naturally raised. We're here to help distract you
from the lower vibration. Jesus said, turn the other cheek, and that's
exactly what he was talking about. Turn your attention from what holds
your vibration in a lower place, and your vibration will naturally
raise.

Meditation, the Practice of Allowing Well-Being

Many teachers, we are among them, teach meditation, because
meditation, when you achieve it effectively, means you distract
yourself from the physical stuff. It's like a withdrawal of
consciousness when you are still awake. When you are asleep you
withdraw consciousness too. But when you slumber and withdraw
consciousness, your consciousness is not consciously aware of what it
feels like to be in that higher vibration. But when you are awake and
in a state of meditation, now you are consciously aware of what it
feels like to be in that higher vibration. Which means, you will be
more aware when your vibration dips.

Use Meditation as a Process to Allow Connection to Source Energy

Sometimes people say, "Abraham, is it normal for all hell to break
loose in someone's life when they begin the meditation process?" And
we say, yes, because what happens is you are bringing yourself to a
place of heightened sensitivity, so that formerly achieved patterns of
lower vibration are less comfortable to you.

There are other ways than meditation: Appreciation, a rampage of
appreciation raises vibration. Listening to music that makes your
heart sing raises vibration. Petting your cat raises vibration, or
sitting and watching the river go by? Often you are in your highest
states of connection to Source Energy while you are driving. It is the
reason that there are fewer traffic accidents, because you are, as a
mass consciousness, often more connected when you are driving.
Something about the rhythm of the road, or the lack of something to
focus upon.
Here is the process of meditation that if we were in your physical
places we would utilize: Every day for 10 or 15 minutes, and not for
much more than that, we would sit quietly by ourselves somewhere.
Maybe under a tree, maybe in our car, maybe in the bathroom, someplace
where we would not be interrupted.
We would do our best to shut down our physical senses. In other words,
we would draw the curtains if it is bright. We would close our eyes.
We would put ourselves in a place where there is not much sound. We
really would not even play music. Some people play music, but even
that can be distracting in nature. Something like the ticking of a
clock, or the dripping of a faucet, or the trickling of a waterfall,
something of that nature can be very soothing. And some music falls
into that same category. But it must be something that does not
stimulate thought.

And we would focus inward, even on our breathing. We would be
consciously aware of air in, and we would be consciously aware of air
out. We would concentrate on long breaths in, and we would concentrate
on long breaths out. We would breathe air in, and when we thought it
was all our lungs would hold, we would bring still more in. And when
we think it is still all our lungs could hold we would breathe more
air in. And then, at a place of full expansion of lungs, we would take
a long, slow, delicious time to let the air out. And our intention
would be nothing more than being in this moment, and being consciously
aware of breathing. We would let it be our fullest responsibility. Not
fixing breakfast, not combing hair, not wondering how someone is
doing, not thinking about yesterday, not worrying about tomorrow, not
focusing on anything in this moment except air in, and air out.

Now, during this process, within 2 or 3 days of doing it, you're going
to begin to feel a detachment from your physical experience. A very
common thing that you will feel is a sort of numbing sensation. Some
describe that they cannot tell their toe from their nose. Some, if
their eyes are closed, and we recommend that, may begin to see
movement of light around under their eyelids, or even flashes of
color.

There is no right or wrong in this process of meditation. There is
nothing that you should be reaching for. This is a state of allowing.
This is a state where, for just a few moments, you stop running the
show. You stop trying to make anything happen. This is your time of
allowing. This is your time when you are saying unto your maker, unto
your Source Energy, unto your Inner Being, unto your God - whatever
you're wanting to call it, this is your time of saying, "Here I be, in
a state of allowing. And what am I allowing? I'm allowing Source
Energy to flow purely through me."

15 minutes a day of that effort will change your life. Because it will
put you in the state of allowing the Energy that is natural to you to
flow. You'll feel better in the moment. You'll feel more energized
when you come out of it.

You may spend 14 minutes before you achieve any state of detachment.
You might not ever be consciously aware that you've achieved any state
of detachment. It doesn't matter, you are making enormous progress as
you allow yourself to be.

"Ask and it is given." Not, ask and get worthy? It is Ask and it is
given. Ask and Allow

A big benefit that you'll notice, right away, is that things that
you've been wanting will begin showing up. "Now, why is this? Abraham,
I didn't sit and intend. I didn't sit and set goals. I didn't sit and
clarify what I want. I didn't tell the Universe what I wanted. How
come 15 minutes of just being will set those kinds of things in
motion?" Because it has always been, ask and it is given. It has never
been "ask and do something right and it is given". It has never been
"ask and get worthy". It is ask and allow. Ask and allow.

And so, every day, you've been asking. You've been launching all kinds
of intentions. You cannot live in your physical body, you cannot be
part of this physical environment without endless desires being born
within you. And as these desires are being born within you, the
Universe is answering them. And now, because of your 15 minutes of
allowing, whether you were petting the cat, or practicing your
breathing, whether you were listening to a waterfall or listening to
happy music, or whether you were on a rampage of appreciation, what
happened, for that time of allowing, is, you set up within your
vibrational auric field a vibration that, for the time, was not in the
state of resisting the things that you've been asking for. And
progress is made in that time.

Bring Your Guidance System Alive Again

"Well, Abraham, if I've been really negative for 50 years, is it going
to take me 50 years to turn it around?" 15 minutes ought to do it. "In
15 minutes I can undo all of the disallowing that I've learned to do?"
In 15 minutes you can allow, you don't have to undo anything. "Well,
what if I've really developed habits of negativity? Is 15 minutes
going to change that?" Probably not. But the next time you go to one
of those negative thoughts, you're going to be more aware of it. Your
Guidance System is going to say, "Hey!" You're going to feel your
state of resistance in a keener way. Your Guidance System is going to
be brought alive again so that you will be aware, probably for the
first time in your life, of what you're doing with Energy.

Everything that happens to you is created by the Energy you are
Summoning and Allowing (or not).

And that means everything. What you're doing with Energy is what you
do. You do everything with Energy. You are Energy flowing beings.
Everything that happens to you and everything that happens to everyone
you know, happens because of the Energy that you are summoning and
allowing, or not allowing. Everything is about that relationship with
Energy. Everyone you know who is having every experience that you know
is having it because of the focused desire that their life has brought
to them, and the state of allowing or resistance that they are in at
any moment.

You Could Release any Deadly Disease, Now

You could have every deadly disease known to man, and some they
haven't even figured out yet, you could have them all in your body
right now and tomorrow they could all be gone, if from one day to the
next you learned how to allow the Energy to flow. We really are not
encouraging those kinds of quantum leaps, they are a little
uncomfortable. What we really are encouraging is every day being
selfish enough to say: "Nothing is more important than that I feel
good. And I'm going to find ways today. I'm going to begin my day by
meditating and bringing myself into alignment with my Source Energy.
And as I move through the day, I'm going to look for opportunities to
appreciate, so that all day long I'll bring myself back into Source
Energy.

"If there's an opportunity to praise, I'm going to praise. If there's
an opportunity to criticize, I'm going to keep my mouth shut and try
to meditate. If I feel like criticizing I'll say, here Kitty, Kitty,
and I'll pet my cat til that feeling goes away." Within 30 days of
mild effort, you can go from one of the most resistant people on the
planet, to one of the least resistant people on the planet. And then
those who are watching you will be amazed at the amount of
manifestations that begin to occur in your physical experience.

Manifestations, On Other Side of Your Door
Open the door and allow your natural Well-being to Flow

If you could see an aerial view of your life, an aerial view, where we
are seeing you, electrically, it's like you are standing here, and
over there is a doorway, and on the other side of the door is lined up
all of these things that you've been wanting. They're just leaning on
the door, just waiting for you to open it. They've been there from the
first moment you asked for them: Your lovers, your perfect mates, your
perfect bodies, your perfect bodily conditions, all of the money that
you could ever imagine ... all things that you've ever wanted. Things
little and big. Things that you would call extraordinary and
significant, and things that you would call not very significant.
Everything that you have ever identified that you wanted is lined up
right outside that door. And in the moment that you open the door, all
things wanted flow to you. And, then we will hold a seminar on how to
deal with the manifestations, with all this stuff that is flowing in.

One of the most significant things that we are wanting you to realize
is that you are not here about the manifestations. You are here about
the feeling of Energy flowing through you. You are here to give birth
to the desire. It is the desire that is alive within you that is
everything. It is the desire that is alive within you that we are all
about. But the manifestations are fun, too, aren't they?

What is the secret to having lasting, healthy loving relationships?

Answer:
Have you ever wondered why some intimate relationships work and others
don't? Why so many of us seem to have the same relationships with a
series of different people? Why some people can easily find a mate
while others struggle? Is there a way you can accelerate the process
of uncovering and living your natural loving nature?
The explanation for most vexing relationship questions is actually
quite simple. The majority of our relationships, as well as our
patterns of relating in general, are based on need rather than love.
This is probably no surprise to you. However, it may surprise you that
there is something you can do about it.

Stop looking for love in all the wrong places.

Most of us are on a quest for love that amounts to trying to fill a
leaky cup. Every time we appear to get love from an external source,
especially from another person, it merely reinforces the belief that
love can be found outside us. So, the feeling of receiving love or
approval inherently has "leakage." Common leaks include the fear of
losing love, resentment towards the people we feel we need to get it
from, and the simple act of looking away from the love that we, by
nature, already are.
Good news. You can turn each of these dilemmas around simply by
letting go of wanting love or approval. You can also hasten the
process by looking for mutual ways to love - as opposed to getting it
- and mutual ways to give love, in addition to receiving it. If you're
in any kind of an intimate relationship with a life partner, friend,
or family member, and you can reach the point where you simply love
the other person as he or she is, as best you can, then both of you
can relax and be authentic with each other. This promotes much
healthier, more satisfactory interactions.

There are a few important keys to improving relationships that are
often overlooked. One is mutuality. If you are doing something
internally or externally that is not mutual with your partner, it will
only frustrate you both. Here is a simple example taken from my
relationship with my wife. I used to enjoy only seeing "guy flicks,"
and Amy only wanted to see "chick flicks." It caused a dilemma with
our TV watching and movie-going. Instead of trying to impose our will
on each other, or assuming that one of us had to sacrifice for the
other, which wouldn't have been a mutual solution, we openly discussed
the issue, released our feelings about it, and began to identify
movies that we both could enjoy. In fact, because we released to gain
mutuality, we both are now more open to the other's tastes in movies
and rarely disagree about our choices. When we do disagree, we simply
go to see the movie our partner chose, if we feel mutual, or we go
alone or with another friend. Either way, we're both a lot happier. I
even enjoy most chick flicks now as much as I enjoy guy flicks. Amy
likewise enjoys some guy flicks.

To be truly nurturing and supportive, love must also come without
strings. The more you can give of yourself and give your caring
without wanting anything in return, the happier you will be. Instead,
what most of us do in relationship is barter. "I'll do this for you,
if you do that for me." In commerce, bartering can be great; however,
true love is much more than a business deal.

True love or caring should always be supportive of both partners. If
one is giving to the other at personal expense, it is not giving. Such
situations can turn co-dependent or even abusive. So, when you give,
make sure you're giving something that is wanted as well as something
that you also enjoy giving. Now, this doesn't mean that you must
always do what the other partner wants; neither does it mean that you
must only do what you want. It means that you allow yourselves to
explore ways of relating that are mutually beneficial.

You will be way ahead of the game if you follow these few guidelines
in your intimate relationship.
How can I regain the love I have lost in my relationship?

Answer:
If you've ever been in a romantic relationship, you probably
experienced what most people call the "honeymoon phase." Unless your
relationship is brand-new, the kind of love, caring, and enjoyment
that you experienced during that phase is probably only a memory by
now. So, what's the difference between what you may be longingly
looking back to as your honeymoon and what you are experiencing now?
Simple: in the beginning of the relationship, you loved and accepted
your partner as your partner was. You may even have loved your partner
because he or she was a certain way, even if that way - or those
certain qualities - now drives you crazy.

Where a relationship can sour is at a point when your partner says or
does something, or behaves in a particular way that you inwardly
refuse to accept. You then start resisting that particular behavior or
trait, while at the same time expecting the person to exhibit it
again. We start these informal internal lists of the things we want to
change - or resist - about our partner, and then we start comparing
everything they do to that internal list. If it matches, we add an
inner check mark and resist it even more. Once we start this list, we
are also constantly looking for items to add to it. This whole process
usually spirals out of control and ends in separation, divorce, or in
simply putting up with a relationship that is no longer supportive of
both partners.

There is a simple way to break this pattern and extend your honeymoon
for the rest of your lives. First of all, burn your list. Unless
you're determined to destroy your current relationship, continuing to
add to and tweak your list is merely asking for trouble. Get into the
habit of looking for what you can love and appreciate about your
partner, rather than how they need to change or be fixed, and it will
change the whole dynamic of your relationship. This is not a
substitute for loving communication about things that your partner
does that you would prefer he or she not do. Nor is it an excuse to
allow your partner or you to continue indulging in obviously
destructive behaviors. It is merely a way to start to tip the balance
back to the way it was when you were enjoying your honeymoon.

Let me describe how this has worked in my marriage. As I mentioned, we
all tend to create inner lists of what our partner has done wrong or
has done to offend us. We then expect our partner to keep making the
same mistake, and we, of course, get to be right when they do it
again. After a while, it becomes more important to us to cling to the
false security of being right than to nurture the love that attracted
our partner to us in the first place. The difference between this
pattern, which most of us fall into, and the "honeymoon" stage of a
relationship in which our partner seems to do no wrong is simply what
we are focusing on and expecting.

What's happened over the past eleven years of being with my wife is
that the lists of offenses and wrongs just keep dissolving. Yes, Amy
has tendencies that I don't like at times, and I have character traits
that she doesn't like, but neither one of us holds that against the
other. We're simply right in the moment with each other, finding ways
to be with each other as we are now, releasing our hurts and
expectations. We share unlimited possibilities for loving each other.
I love Amy even more now than I did in the "honeymoon stage" of our
relationship.

TEN STEPS TO MANIFESTING YOUR DESIRES


As the title suggests, This article outlines 10 steps you can take to
start manifesting change in your life.

NOTE: Throughout this document we use the term `God' to indicate a
spiritual source or higher power. Perhaps you have a different word
for it: Universal Flow, The Tao, Great Spirit, Higher Self, or The
Source, for example. So wherever you read the word "God" just connect
with the spiritual source of your own understanding.

Follow these 10 steps to manifest your desires:

STEP 1 - CONNECT

When you start manifesting something, in your life, FIRST align with
your inner power.

Be open to your God self, your higher self. Allow yourself to open to
the feeling that the God force is everywhere, and is available to you
now. It is always communicating with you. Speaking to you - however
you may block out its voice with various distractions.

So, be more aware and receptive to its messages, tune-in and listen.
It will take time and patience to develop this awesome ability. But by
working with this force you will connect more deeply with that which
is for your highest good.

NEXT, select a desire that you want to manifest in your life.

Ask your God force for direction and advice in the following
questions:

> Is this for my highest good?

> Why do I want this?

> Why have I not allowed it into my life up until now?

Answers to these questions could prove invaluable in moving through
your resistances.

If you are not tuned in to your spiritual source, there is a chance
you will be creating things that are not for your highest good, and
which may be ego-based.

While holding the desire in your mind's eye, get into a relaxed state
and just be there with your thoughts, allow them to quiet down.

Listen to any message you have from your source about this desire.

> Does it feel comfortable?

> Does it feel to be in alignment to your integrity?

> Does it feel energizing?

Listen for any signals you might receive, and any insights that come
to you.

STEP 2 - DECISION

You have choices. Once you have tuned into your God force, the force
will present you with intuitive prompting... or action steps.

Make a list of what you need to do and what decisions you need to
make.

Create goals.

Document your strengths, and weaknesses.

What knowledge, if any, do you need to acquire? Be aware that you are
now working as a co-creator with your God force.

Make choices and take action based on your intuitive promptings. When
your goals are backed by the God force, you literally can't
fail. It may not always turn out the way you thought it would, but it
is important to be okay with that, and know that the God force
always gives you something better than you can imagine. The more you
work with the assignments, the clearer you will be as to the why you
want what you are wanting.

STEP 3 - RECEIVE

Be open to receive. This thing that you are attracting must match your
inner vision, your inner feelings. It will go away if it does not
have a space to stay. Say, "YES," I allow this into my life.

First prepare your inner vision and feeling nature so this thing will
know it has arrived at a receptive place.

Practice seeing and feeling this thing coming into your life. Say,
"Hello, I have prepared a place for you. I know you, and you will feel
at home here. Thank you for showing up."

If what you are bringing into your life is a physical thing, you may
want to make a space for it. For example, if you are manifesting a
new car, you could clear out a parking space, you could even purchase
some car maintenance products. This all helps in making space to
bring this thing into your life.

Complete the following assignments:

STEP 4 - POSSESS

"Fake it till you make it" is a term often used to describe the
technique of pretending you already have achieved that which you are
working to manifest.

You need to get the feeling that the thing, the object, the quality,
is yours. It needs to feel so familiar - as if you already have it.

After a while of practicing the "Fake it till you make it," you will
start believing that what you are imaging is real.

Thoughts are things; therefore just thinking about a thing is a form
of having it.

Once you put this thing out into the universe - in thought form - it
is real. So you are correct in saying, "I now have this thing, and I
know this to be true."

It may only be in thought form, initially, but now we need only wait
for it to solidify into physical form, for it to become real on our
material plane.

STEP 5 - VISUALIZATION

An image held firmly in the mind will come into realization. Live
those scenes completely. You have to know what it's going to be like
to truly live with what you are visualizing.

Will you be able to recognize it when it arrives? If you have a very
clear vision of this thing now, while you are creating it, then
it will be easy to know it when it arrives. You will say, "Yes I
recognize you, I created you on the mental plane and bought you into
the physical."

STEP 6 - LOVE

The emotion of love is the most powerful energy in the universe.
Soak your images in love; send love to your visualizations.
When you work with love and visualization, your images are propelled
into reality.

STEP 7 - AFFIRMATION

Affirmations are things. Through connection with our God force, you
can more easily focus your thoughts on those things that you desire to
manifest.

It is your birthright to become a co-creator with a loving, caring and
all-powerful God.

Through the power of your word, you can send thoughts out into the
universe knowing that they will return materialized.

STEP 8 - LET GO AND LET GOD

You are a co-creator with the God force. You each have your jobs to
do. You have done what was asked of you in the preceding steps,
now you step back and await intuitive guidance. Let the process work
through you.

Tune in and feel the appropriateness of any message you receive. You
await your desire to take shape before you. Know that God is going
to do His job. Sit back in expectancy that this will happen.

When we step back and allow God to work through us, we always receive
far more than we could from an ego position.

>From a position of surrender you will have little concern for results.
You will be happy to just let things unfold.

You surrender to the process. You can tell when you have surrendered
because you will feel empowered. You will have no concerns for
results. And you will feel energized, confident and joyful.

STEP 9 - APPRECIATION

Here you will begin to work with the idea that you know - without a
doubt - that spirit is working through you to manifest your
greatest good. This knowing brings forth within you, a feeling of
joy, happiness and profound inner contentment. You are so
appreciative of your chance to work in this co-creative relationship
with your God.

You feel so very thankful for the opportunity to be working with
spirit. You realize that you have within you the means to accomplish
any desire you may have. This inner knowing releases within you
profound feelings of gratitude and appreciation.

Life begins to feel so special as you realize your special place as a
co-creator. You feel so very grateful for having found this special
spiritual dimension. You come to appreciate what previously you took
for granted, or simply never noticed. Now things take on a
different meaning.

In step 9 we learn to appreciate everything knowing it is a part of
the bigger picture. "Thank you" now becomes your creed to your
daily happenings.

STEP 10 - DO IT NOW

You now tune in and take appropriate actions, when intuitively guided.

Follow the above steps. Do what you feel guided to do. Then when
finished, ASK, "What now?" And then DO IT.

You are a co-creator. If you have worked with the preceding 9 steps,
all details will be taken care of. All you need to do is take action.
You will feel an inner guidance prompting you to move in a certain
direction.

The advantage of working this way is that you have no concern for the
future. You simply do the task at hand, and then ask, "What next?" I
know this is extremely difficult for the ego mind to comprehend, what
with all its planning for future needs. All we are asking is that
you just give this a try. Your trust will grow with additional
success.

You are now working with dominion. We are all one and this oneness is
available to you. When you are working with the God force,
situations will appear that you would previously have thought
impossible.

CLOSE

Congratulations, you have completed a powerful manifesting process.
Repeat these steps whenever you want to manifest a specific change,
dream or goal.

LOA aint the Only Universal Law around...

The Secret has amalgamated itself to the Law of Attraction (LOA) thru
grassroots, kick-butt, guerilla marketing (Look, let's all just bow-
down to this feat. It's impressive).

Like we often inaccurately say "give me some Kleenex," when our nose
is dripping with snot (Tissue is the real product - Kleenex, the
brand), the masses are going to eventually be saying, "I've slurped
down, and came to terms with The Secret," when asked how they learned
to regulate, shape, and modify their life. After all, that's why the
LOA was put into existence, operating behind-the-scenes, for us in the
first place:

Like our liver, which is intimately involved in almost every aspect of
the body's processes, the Law of Attraction operates, without demand,
like a master metaphysical organ - it automatically, based off your
flow and concentration of 3-prong energy (mental, emotional,
spiritual), attracts or removes people, places, things, and
circumstances into your experience.

We'd be in a constant changeless state without it.

Is there any question, in your mind, as to why this LAW was the FOCUS
of the FIRST edition of The Secret"?

Yet, still, there's something that's just gotta be mentioned here (the
rub that's hardly been talked about lately): Even after all that
glorious revelry - even though it is indeed an essential universal
law, it's still only ONE fricken LAW ..... My gaaaaaaawwwwwdd.

Let's get this thing off the totem pole please and realize, just like
the body needs a Heart AND a Liver (not to mention a bunch of other
organs) to function with grace and expansion, er, so does our
energetic-spiritual (soul) body.

Gessssssh .... ya'd think by now the poor neglected "Law of Faith" would
come creeping out behind the dark corner and yell, "Hey, hey, hey ...
who started the crazy non-stop party without me? Aut hummm, I've been
in a peaceful, super-restful, hibernating slumber over here, well,
just because I never needed all the attention. But, now that my buddy
the LOA is getting all the wet kisses on the cheek, I'm ready for a
damn drink out of the punch bowl."

You see, The Law of Faith may not be as essential, or currently
popular, as the LOA, but is till gives you a direct link to universal
wisdom. Without it, you certainly could still operate ... just not with
the recognition that you know more than you have read, heard, or
studied.

And, as the camera pans across my made-up metaphysical mansion, we see
another lesser-recognized LAW pop-out behind from the Maids room: The
Law of Polarity.

What is this law ? Why is is around ?

And how about the Law of Resonance... the Law of Expansion... of
Contraction... and not to forget the Law most people call the
'greatest' of them all - the Law of Love (to me, its 'powerful indeed'
as it IS one of the Foundations of why the YOU-niverse exists in the
first place... and oh - there's Agape Love or Selfless Love and the
Love of Self - and oh again - NOT the narcissistic 'whoa-I-Look-Great'
type, ok?!)

LOA is a great 'Starter'... but after that, Then What...?

Then its TIME to get to know the other Laws... and you know what? Its
freakin' FUN Still to be Growing and Learning... and continuing to
Manifest... and yeah... a RIGHT to experience YOUR BIRTH RIGHT... its
ABUNDANT LIVING... Without the 'Shackles'!

On 'UNMANIFESTED' INTENTIONS; LOA slowly working with/for You... if
ever?

Here's a 'note' from a new Facebook 'friend' from another LOA group
here, and she is Robyn Sztyndor - a True Blue LOA practitioner &
'manifestor'. A VERY INTERESTING Read indeed, when it comes to
'unmanifested' Intentions. I am posting her 'message' here verbatim,
to wit:

Hey Ted!

Here's a little message that might help explain what I had posted a
few days ago. It is by no means comprehensive, but most people who are
not manifesting what they are asking for find it helpful.

It is a pleasure to meet you. I would like to release the notion of
frustration, because with it comes a heightened sense of resistance to
the natural state of well-being that flows through every single thing
in this Universe. In fact, the entire universe is embedded within this
state of natural well-being and the only way to mitigate this grand
state of wellness is to choose to cut oneself off from this heightened
state of being. Many people will ask why it is so difficult to stay
connected to this source of well-being if it is our natural state. And
this is such a great question.

The reason is because we are free thinking beings. In other words, we
have the power to exist in a sense of contrast and choose the things,
people, and places that each one of us prefers. This preference is
such a gift. It is one's unique vantage point, a unique point in this
time space reality from which each of us can create. No other being
will have your vantage point in this time space reality. We are each
unique individuals.

This contrasting reality is truly such a gift, because it causes the
launching of desire. These points of launching desire are the vantage
points from which our Universe expands. This expansion is so critical
to the Universe and this eternal expansion, and our eternal state of
desire, is so critical to the evolution of our Universe. But so many
people find desire painful because they are unable to move from the
point of contrast from which the desire was lunched, to the point of
receiving the desire. So in a sense, for the law of attraction to work
perfectly to the point of manifestation someone must stand in a place
of "not having," a state full of lack and resistance (which is good in
a way because this is state which the launching of desire occurs) and
then move easily to a feeling state of "having," a state of feeling
full upon the subject of which you felt lack upon, BEFORE the things
you have asked for can flow into your state of being.

We are all so good at the asking or the launching of desire, but we
hold so much resistance to the state of alignment, which must occur
before we are to receive that which we've asked for. And so, the work
becomes that of allowing the natural well-being to flow so that the
Universe may bring to you that which you've asked for. And this is why
things do not unfold so naturally for those who have seen the secret.
They launch the desire and they visualize having it and feel
gratitude, but then they flow through their day and their attention is
consumed by the familiar which causes no change in their vibration and
thus, they attract the same. Many of these people claim the law does
not work, but it fact, it is working perfectly, because it is bringing
to them exactly what they are asking for (what they are feeling and
vibrating). They claim, "Things are just not unfolding... I am
visualizing and being grateful, but the things I want are not flowing
into my experience."

Here are common reasons why this occurs:

1) You are YEARNING for it. You can only yearn for something you do
not have. So, if you are yearning for something you are not emanating
the feeling of "having it," or the feeling of "fulfillment," and thus,
it cannot flow into your experience. This is law.

2) You are feeling good while you visualize, but the moment you stop
you look out on what is and this vibration dominates your state of
being. That is why we recommend finding a way to look at "what is" in
life, to look at what it is you do not want and find a way to feel
better about it. If you want the things in your life to change, you
must change the way you see the things in your life.

3) You are focused upon the receiving of that which you have asked for
and not upon JOY! This is such a common mistake. This is will pull you
out of alignment so quickly. You must make it your intention to feel
joyful no matter what! You must this decision unconditionally!
Meaning, no matter what conditions of lack or unfulfillment flow into
your experience, you must find a way to see something good in this
situation and not let it effect your vibration.

4) Confounding Beliefs. You launch a desire which opens a door. People
often claim, "Doors are closing," and although they are great at
soothing themselves when doors are closing, which is such a gift to be
able to do and a critical aspect of deliberate creation, we say,
"Doors will not be closing when you are deliberately creating that
which you desire." And really what is happening is someone is asking
for something, they are launching a desire for more money, or an
improved state of health, or a better relationship, which opens a
door. But at the same time this has been door opened, this person
holds a contradictory belief about the desire they have launched.

For example, I want more money, but you need to be a college graduate
to make more money and I do not want to go to college. Or, I want a
better relationship, but you must be good looking to attract someone
worth having and I am not that good looking. So, these contradictory
beliefs are closing the doors that have been opened by their launching
of the desire BEFORE they have a chance to walk through the door. And
for this reason we really emphasize the power of belief. You cannot
believe anything without having it be true for you! So, we like to
say, whatever you believe and whatever you feel, YOU ARE! Or more
specifically you will be! For whatever you feel and whatever you
believe you are in the process of becoming! If you feel fat, you are.
If you feel ugly, you are. If you feel brilliant, you are. If you feel
gorgeous, you are. If you feel young, you are.

So when you get that you think, and what you believe, and how you feel
is everything! And you make it your priority to feel good and align
with that feeling of fullness and happiness! There is nothing that
cannot flow into your life that you have asked for. And all the action
in the world cannot compensate for the alignment with the well-being
that you truly are!
