translation of the TortoiseHg manual to Brazilian Portuguese and some suggestions to the original text

I'm in the process of translating the TortoiseHg manual to Brazilian Portuguese and I've been detecting some paragraphs that can be improved in the original text. I guess that the translation is going to be automatically approved but the suggestions must be discussed in this mailing list first, right? How should I proceed?
