Unable to post issue

I just tried to create an issue, but the tracker says it's spam and
refuses my request. I logged in with my account on
https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg.

The issue is the need for an Apple Silicon version of thg since Apple
will remove support for Intel chips.

Not sure why the tracker is flagging it as spam.

We have until next year for Apple to pull Intel support.  I'll poke around at work and see if I can get my hands on an Apple Silicon system to do some testing when I get time in the next few weeks.
