Hello Friends.

The yellow room feels alive with your energy as the clouds come in and
the autumn wind inspires adorning sweaters.
Thank you for your continued support and contribution to our Yoga
community. We never cease to be amazed by the gifts that we receive
here.

A few events for the rest of September and October.

September:

1. Saturday September 24th 8:45am to 9:45am is the first of our NEW
monthly Pranayama Classes. This class is a $15 drop in (not part of a
pass) and a refinement of the breathing practices. A wonderful equally
calm and energizing way to start your weekend. It will be followed
by the regular 10 am Saturday class, so you could come for both.

2. Sunday September 25th One Day Workshop "A Day of Practice Together
- Stability Through Spaciousness" has a few spots left. 8:30-11:30 am
and 1-3 pm. Join Sarah for a day of sharing and practice together.

3. Tuesday mornings for 6 weeks we will be teaching a registered
course together. "Standing Series and Pranayama Workshop" There are
still a few spots left in it. An early practice 7am to 8:15am.
Starting September 27th. See workshops page for details.

October:

1. New Schedule posted on the website. A few exciting additions (drop
in prices only and not included in our passes) are a NEW flow class to
music with Wade Morisette Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm.
http://www.wadeimremorissette.com and a NEW Yoga Therapy class for
athletes with Amie Taylor starting October 6th. Thursdays at 5:30pm.
Both are $15. Also NEW classes on the schedule are Sunday 5:30 pm
Flow Class and Thursday night 7 pm YIN is back:)

2. Saturday October 1st 2pm to 4:30pm Sun Salutation Workshop with
Annie Martinello. See workshops page. A nice way to reconnect with the
foundational breath and movement.

*Annie will also be running her Yoga Nidra and Gentle Asana Practice
Monday nights at 7:15 to 8:30pm through till Oct. 17th.
Drop ins welcome.

3. STUDIO CLOSURES: October 9th and 10th for Thanksgiving Sunday and
Thanksgiving Day.

4. Full Moon Meditation Tuesday October 11th at 8:20pm after the Yin
Class. Donations to the F.R.E. foundation. All are Welcome!

5. Sarah and I will be running a 3 day intensive Friday October 28th
to Sunday October 30th. It will be the last time in 4 months that we
will be teaching an intensive together, something that we love to do!
More coming in the spring! Please join us. We will only be taking 15
people for the intensive.
