Full Schedule Returns, Sarah is home...and a few special events this week.

Yellow room family,

After being away for most of the last month, i am happy to be home and
back to the simple routine of this beautiful life in Squamish.

I wanted to let you know that the winter schedule will return in full
as of today and thank you for your patience while I was away.
This week all regular classes with regular teachers will be running,
except the Thursday evening YIN class which is cancelled until Erin
returns next week.

Also, 2 special guest teacher events are happening this week.

1. Tomorrow nights, Tuesday 7:15 YIN class is a special SACRED FUSION
YIN Class with LIVE MUSIC. No extra charge, everyone is welcome. I
will be there and looking forward to the healing vibrations and mellow
movements.
2. This weekend we are hosting Sarah Pidutti, a continuum teacher, for
a fluid healing journey. ARRIVING into FLUID PRESENCE. Friday night
5-9 pm and Saturday afternoon from 12-6 pm. We need a few more bodies
to make this workshop run, so let me know soon if you are interested.
This practice is deeply restful, incredibly quiet and delves into the
layers of our beings which are often hidden from the world.
