Beautiful Friends,

Well the peaks are white and winter seems not too far off now. I hope
you are all cozy, eating warm soup and enjoying this quieter time of
year with close friends and good books. There is a full moon this
Monday, Oct 29th and we'll be hosting our first Full Moon Meditation
in a year from 8:30 - 9 pm. By donation. Hope to see you there!

The studio has lots going on over the next month or so, check out the
list of workshops and registered classes below. Advance registration
is greatly appreciated so that we have an idea of numbers. Also, an
order of the black textured massage balls should arrive next week at
the studio, as requested by many of you. They sell for $25/pair, cash
please.

One note for the regular schedule. Christine Selda will begin her
maternity leave from teaching in November. She is teaching her last
class next Monday Oct 29th at Noon (also, don'tt worry, this class
will continue after Chris is gone). Please come join us at the class
and thank Chris for all her amazing energy and teachings. We very
much look forward to having her back when she is ready. Also, do
remember the new classes on Thursday with Erin Urton...we love her
and are so happy to have her in Squamish. Noon - 1 pm Slow Flow & 7:15

would love it if you had any old ones to donate. I will put a
cardboard box outside the studio for anyone who wants somewhere to put
old magazines. Thanks in advance.
