Many times I need to delete and insert pages to a document. However, my delete is always grayed out. Is this something Nitro does not do. I used to have a much older version and it did so much more. Now I can't even highlight. Also, when a document is already signed, but my brokerage has to initial the bottom of the page after it has been signed by a customer, the Quick sign is grayed out. This Nitro is driving me nuts.
My page says, "No security". Appears that I'm not allowed to change a document (like highlight) or to even extract. Not sure why I cannot delete a page that is not necessary for my own files. Basically I have to print off the document, take out the page, then scan without the unnecessary page. As mentioned in my initial question, in our brokerage we're to initial the bottom of the page and date after receiving a signed document and after reviewing. Is there anyway to edit document properties and do I have to check each document to see what security exists?

I am finished creating my photo book but cannot delete extra pages. It is currently 33 pages (including cover) and I only need 29. I've tried the Delete key and the "Remove Page" option. I've also tried deleting the com.apple.iPhoto.plist file and restarting iPhoto. Nothing works. Any suggestions?
I have some .pdf files with more than 500 pages, but I need only a few pages in each file. It is necessary to preserve document`s title pages. I know exactly the numbers of the pages that program should remove. How I can do it using Python 2.7 Environment, which is installed upon MS Visual Studio?
I am just getting familiar with ver 9 extended. I am trying to delete several pages from a PDF/A document. There is no security. The menu document/delete selection is grayed out. Right click on pages to view thumbnails does not have a delete selection (nor extraction, etc as it does in ver 8 (is that a new change?). It only has print, insert, enlarge, reduce ). I have run the repair utility but no change. Opening the document on another machine with 8 pro does work with right click on the thumbnails.
Everything went well until I tried to delete a folder previously added (so-called "test" folder) = when I try to delete this folder, or even re-name it, I get the following the message "folder cannot be deleted".... And the folder cannot be removed.
Our engineers are aware of an issue with Folders not deleting properly, and it looks like the same thing is happening here. Thanks for pointing this out. For now, you could try using the Squarespace App to delete these folders, as that's been shown to work: Squarespace app
I am not able to delete single pages from a few pages of scanned documents, though there is a delete button below the page. The crop button works on the page but not the delete. In fact, I need to delete the whole document and start all over when a single page is what needs deleting. I even tried sending the whole document to evernote and seeing if I can delete the page there, but it does not work.
SDeiv - did you ever get an answer or find a solution to your problem described above? I have the same issue. It used to work to be able to delete single pages within a scan being taken, but not any longer. Despite the button still being there. So frustrating to be scanning a larger document and have an error page, and have to delete the whole scan and start over.
Hrm... The delete button works for me in the Scannable app on iOS (version 2.5 (2524) -- pretty sure that is the latest as I have auto-updates turned on). I can also swipe up on the individual thumbnails to remove them.
Blank pages in a document can make an unprofessional impression on editors or potential employers. Microsoft Word is known to create blank pages in a document, so you should make sure to delete them whenever possible. Lucky for you, we can show you how to delete a page in Word in just a few steps. Should you also need to delete a page that has text and graphics, our guide includes instructions for that as well.
Note that only unreferenced pages will be listed here. And because the ewiki engine itself does only limited testing if a page is referenced it may miss some of them here.
If you however empty a page first, it will get listed here too. Various other database diagnostics are made as well.
Hi All
having an issue that a search could not solve. I dragged a image into inkscape to add to my page 1 design, and it went and created a page 2. I positioned the image in page 1, but now cant delete page 2. my document properties reflect only page 1's dimensions as the page. and moving to page 2 doesnt change anything.
So what obvious thing am I missing here?
I need to be able to delete pages from a PDF file. Previously I did this with a PDF printer that I no longer have access to. My Pharmacy Tech send a monthly email to all nursing staff for an inservice. If they print it without my deleting, it is an extra 2 pages for each person who chooses to print it. what are my other options?
At this point, the file or files that you have chosen to delete will immediately be placed in the trash. You can still recover the files in the trash unless the files have been cleared. You can also check out our WordPress backup plugin, Total Upkeep. Whenever you are working with your website, you should know how to take a backup to protect yourself from catastrophe.
If you want to delete your entire WordPress website, you will need to do more than delete every page on the site. Before deleting your website, we recommend using a WordPress backup plugin. Then you can restore a WordPress backup to put the site back online if needed.

If you deleted your site within the last 30 days you can contact WordPress.com to get assistance restoring your website. If more than 30 days have passed, all website data is gone and your website URL cannot be reused.
The steps to delete pages in the WordPress Dashboard Administrator Area are outlined in the article. Could you explain the significance of moving deleted pages to the trash rather than permanently removing them? How does this trash feature benefit users?
The trash option considers that not all pages were meant to be permanently deleted. Sometimes pages/post are removed by mistake, other times one might be running bug testing or performance monitoring etc. The trash acts as a buffer between removing your pages from your live website before completely removing them from your database and server.
When you delete a page in Confluence, you're deleting its page history too. If you only want to delete a specific version of a page, take a look at the instructions below for deleting a specific version.
Space admins can delete specific versions from the page history. This is useful if you need to prevent older versions of a page being restored in future. Deleting a page version is permanent and can't be undone.
If you're a space admin you can permanently delete a page (and all its attached files) by purging it from the trash. Once purged, the page and all its versions and attached files will be gone for good.
Deletion dates will not be accurate for any items deleted before Confluence 7.14. This is because we did not store this data in earlier Confluence versions. The date displayed in the trash page is the date your site was first upgraded to Confluence 7.14 or later. Anything deleted after this date has an accurate deletion date.
Your site is private so it's not possible for us to see what you already have on your site and on the page you are calling your "contents" page. But you can create a simple listpages module of the pages you have created on your site with:
If you think it's possible that you might want to use the page again in the future, or keep a copy of the source code, only rename it (which moves it into the 'deleted' category). Then you can explicitly tell a ListPages module not to display any pages in that category.
