Note:
  1. Each Hatha Yoga course consists of 12 weekly classes.
  2. Fees - RM 120 for the 3 months course, payable in full during registration at the Yoga class venue.
  3. Since this is a progressive course, registration will be open for the first 3 weeks only.
  4. The Intermediate Course is open only to those who have completed the Beginners Course.
  5. Clothings must be stretchable and loose-fitting - track suit, t-shirt (no shoes or socks).
  6. Yoga class recommended only for those above 15 years of age.
