Quite!  Sorry that was rather an outpouring wasn't it.  OK, so I have now located the Enid Blyton page and of course it isn't the page with our photos on.   I think I panicked a bit when I read Julie's email thinking I'd been doing it all wrong.

 

So, the page with the photos on  is the closed group that only we can see, and will have on it our private discussions like the one where we virtually slammed the NWS for refusing Helen's critique, which clearly we wouldn't want to share with the world.

 

The other one, the one set up as an author page, I have now bookmarked, and that is where we post if we want our followers to see.   Am I getting there?!

 

My silly confusion is probably a lot to do with the fact that I had never even looked at Facebook before I joined recently and find it hard to get my eye in as it were but I think I'm sorted.. for now!

So to sum up,  the page with all our photos along the top is a closed group but we don't ever post on there, is that right?   And the other one I just found is where we do post, and what we post is visible to our followers?  Is that it?

 

Just one more daft question - where on the author page does it tell people who we are as individuals?  or doesn't it?  It seems odd that our pics are on the closed group only, if that is the case.  I think that's why I thought that was our 'page' for posting.  Oh heck...
