Hi Everyone,

I am sorry about not being around, but the past couple of weeks have been crazy. I have just returned to work on phased return, and also trying to get my chapters ready to email to Pippa Roscoe, as she wants to see more of my book.

The down side of being back in work is not having time to do all this, plus also I want to sub to NWS.

Also my arm and hand is more painful than before, physio said to expect this, and I am still having problems with swelling. She is slightly concerned about this, but will have to see how this goes, hopefully it will all calm down a soon.

I have not been in work since March, so it has all been a bit of shock to the system. I hope everyone is keeping well.
