To all recipients of The WorldVoter

Dear VWP supporter:

I am writing to all recipients of The WorldVoter because we have a
problem that simply must be dealt with.

Vote World Parliament is doing extremely well in every respect except
one … money. Jim Stark and his wife Earleen Devine have gone deeply in
debt to keep VWP afloat, and it just isn’t fair that they should
shoulder that entire burden. It’s too soon to be thinking in terms of
salaries for our workers, but there are bills to pay in any
organization, and it’s time we stopped depending on Jim and Earleen to
pay them in the hope that they will be paid back some day.

I ask that every recipient of The WorldVoter contribute something.
People should only donate what they can comfortably afford, so the
amount does not need to be large. Any donation will be gratefully
accepted, and used to further the cause that we share.

Vote World Parliament and The WorldVoter must mean something to you,
and you cannot possibly be as financially stressed as Jim and Earleen.
I would have stepped in earlier if I had appreciated the depth of
their distress, but now that I have the full picture, I am asking you
to accept my assessment of the situation.

Please use the “donate” button on the VWP site
(www.voteworldparliament.org) and send in your contribution soon (I
have personally donated more than $2,500 to VWP). VWP has made
impressive strides, and it is going places, as you surely realize. But
it is in a crisis right now, and we must turn to our supporters for
help.

If you have access to PayPal, that is the most convenient way to send
money. Alternatively, cheques can be mailed to:

If you have questions or comments please contact VWP administrator
Earleen Devine (earleen...@gmail.com) or myself.

Yours sincerely,

Bob French, CEO of VWP
pdgbob...@gmail.com

Note: VWP Board members were sent a similar letter a couple of months
ago, so they don’t need to donate now if they did so earlier. Like
most NGOs, our appeal for funds will be an annual affair.
