Spoke Too Soon -- Tonight's Show Is Cancelled

As of right now, central CT is being hammered with
severe thunderstorms (including lightning, hail,
flooding and high winds) that are expected to
last into the early evening hours. As a result,
tonight's show in Hubbard Park is cancelled.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will be
announcing a make-up date very shortly.

Spoke too soon, responded too late.

 Apologies accepted and appreciated from the email as well as Tom's personal phone call to me. However I left work at Trumbull promptly at 4:00 to make it to the "RAIN OR SHINE" concert performance. WRB did play last night, but I was the only performer in the bandshell playing to a couple having a picnic supper under the pavillion. The crowd went wild! (three's a crowd.) The parks director happened to swing by explaining it was a liability issue. Let's let them make the call next time. I guess in 2 weeks.

Same here. I left work early to make it to the show. Oh well...at
least I had a short day! And this weather is STILL crazy!
