Buttons are bursting, brows are sweating and chairs are creaking under the weight of this week's full-fat, full-flavour feeding frenzy. Yelpers have scoffed their way through London's all-you-can-eat delights to bring you our belly-bursting guide to getting your buffet on. Loosen your trousers as we show you how to stuff your face in style.

"Hidden away in an unlikely pub, the Old Justice is a Korean BBQ that offers a meat-centric buffet for £16.99 a head." Zara L got her chops around some of the "star players including beef, pork belly, pork loin and something else a bit piggy." That'll put a curl in your tail! Buffet buff Carolina G dives into a Brazilian bonanza at Rodizio Rico: "For £21.50, it's all you can eat, so be sure to take sweat pants... it really is as much as you can handle!" Penny pinching palate? Matt J fills his face for a fiver in The Oriental Canteen. "It does what it says on the tin: quality, cheap, fast, buffet Chinese food."

For the guilt free gluttons among us, Ptooch offers nibblers like Li-mei H a lighter alternative. "Think of your annoying friends that magically make wonderful tasting things out of vegetables – these are the people making the salad here." Aaron B happily grazes Little Bay's buffet: "We've all had greasy, salty slop dumped in stainless steel. Rather than this, there's a well thought out selection of Mediterranean selections. The lentil and beetroot salad is divine!" Larissa D fills up on organic goodness at Alara Wholefoods. "You'll like this little grocery store if you come from vegetarian-organic-hippie-health-conscious stock." Don't miss the "delicious vegetarian grub from the hot bar." Mmmm... crunchy!

Prefer big to buffet? Don S delights "in the enormous portions" at Gallipoli Café Bistro. "We ordered the mezze for only a few pounds expecting just a couple dips and snacks, but it was a meal in itself! We walked out with happy stuffed bellies." And a stuffed wallet to boot! Gold Lee "has a fantastic, varied menu that's not too expensive," says Pete L. "But be aware, the words 'portion control' are not in their vocabulary." Finally, "if you're going to stuff your face," Molly K suggests you do it at the Blue Anchor. You'll find "huge portions of the best baby back ribs this side of the Atlantic." ... Burp!

Joanna R. on Pizza Metro Pizza
"Pizza Metro Pizza is the best pizza experience I've had in London and possibly the best pizza I've had in the last couple of years to be honest. I've lived just around the block from Pizza Metro Pizza for several months now and just stopped in for the first time last night with a group of friends-…"

Miriam M. on Regent Peking Cuisine
"All you can eat, real meat, £6.50. Huge variety of dishes, and is capable of being my downfall when I'm meant to be either saving money or on a diet. Service is unobtrusive, drinks aren't over-priced, nor is the food over-salted (which are two of the tricks AYCE places pull to get you to spend…"

Farhan R. on Joi Buffet
"Ok, so when you're ever in town, and just need some place to meet, and eat, I can't recommend a better spot! This place is an all you can eat vegetarian restaurant, and honestly some of the veggie bits look and taste just like meat, only they're all veggie ;)

It's a great atmosphere, there's a good…"
