Questions about yard, lights, etc.

I am fairly new to the community and I need to ask if:

 

Can we get our own lawn service to seed, fertilize, etc.? If anyone is using a good one - let me know what company it is.

 

Are we allowed to install sprinkler systems in our front yards?

 

Is anyone else having problems with the lawn service breaking your fence gates to get into your back yards?

 

Also, does anyone out there have a cleaning service they would recommend?  I am looking for a house keeper every two weeks.

Welcome to the community.

We had used Lawn Doctor during last year, as our lawn was quite patchy
and dry. They did a good job, you may like to consider them.
