According to a newspaper report: "A search and combing operation has
begun in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, in preparation for
Pakistan Day on March 23, 2016. Based
on instructions from the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA),
internet service providers (ISP) have informed their customers that
internet services will be shut down from 5am to 3pm on Monday. Police
have been searching hotels, guest houses, slums and other areas for
security purposes."
However, the police and other security forces can't enter the hub of ISI
male and female terrorists at D-Block, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.
According to sources in the Punjab Government, the New Town Police
Station, local and provincial governments are not allowed to interfere
in the affairs of the premier spy agency, divided between the loyalists
of ex-army chiefs, Gen Ashfaq Kayani and Gen Aslam Beg.

Nothing, has happened since then.
Now even the residents of the area are raising voice against the ISI
undercover male and female agents who're intimidating people and
allegedly involved in all kinds of crimes. People have asked the armed
forces, especially the commandos, to start an operation in D-Block,
around the Al Furqan Park and arrest ISI trained target killers and
suicide bombers most of whom are either students of colleges and
universities or are just jobless men and women.
