Generals of the Pakistan Army are more equal than rest of citizens in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. A general had declared the Constitution of the Islamic Republic nothing more than a bunch of disposable papers. Nobody dares to go to the police and ask for registration of case even against an accused retired general. Asking police to register a case against an accused former armychief is beyond the imagination of Pakistanis. However, when I wanted to do it, ISI agents stopped me by threatening to kill me along my family, neighbors and friends.

Today I'm writing this blog post for every human being on planet earth. I request everyone of you: if I get killed (through direct attack or indirectly via Coronavirus) then, please, take this application of mine to the New Town Police Station in the Garrison Capital Rawalpindi, and formally ask the Station House Officer (SHO) to register a criminal case against General (retired) Ashfaq Parvez Kayani (who had served as Director General Inter-Services Intelligence before becoming the Chief of Army Staff for two consecutive terms) and others mentioned in my application, given below. Making this application (along my social-media posts since 2010), anyone in any country of the world can register criminal cases against the accused generals and their involved family members. Those experts who have been archiving my social media activities from the very beginning, so that nothing is lost if they kill me and destroy my cyberspace presence according to ISI's plan, can do it better. Nobody can forgive the accused generals and their family members except myself if I survived.

Here's my application to the police:

To,

The Station House Officer,
New Town Police Station,
Satellite Town, Rawalpindi,
Punjab, Pakistan.

Subject: Registration of FIR against Ashfaq Parvez Kayani, Sarosh Kayani, Kamran Kayani, Athar Abbas & Zaffar Abbas

Sir,

I am a journalist, poet and writer. I have worked for the daily Jang (largest Urdu language newspaper of the world) in Lahore and Rawalpindi. I have been a member of the editorial team of daily Dawn (leading English language newspaper that Mohammad Ali Jinnah had founded before founding Pakistan) in Islamabad.
I am residing in your jurisdiction for nearly 22 years. Though I was born in the erstwhile Hunza State and went to school in Gilgit-Baltistan, but I have been living in Punjab for the last 32 years. Therefore, I call myself a Punjabi-Pakistani of Gilgiti heritage.
I am a law-abiding cool, calm and composed citizen. I have nothing against anyone in the world. I endorse democracy, civil liberty, rule of law and equal justice under law. Instead of traditional jingoism, I want negotiations between challengers, especially Pakistan and India.
As soldiers of the Pakistan Army, three generations of my family have given sacrifices for this country. My grandfather Snober was a part of the 1947-48 war, my elder uncle Akbar fought in the 1965 war, my younger uncle Amirullah did his part to save the western part of the country during the catastrophic 1971 war (when Mr Jinnah's founded country was partitioned into the remaining Pakistan and Bangladesh), and my 21-year-old younger brother Ajaz courted martyrdom while defending the country during the Kargil War of 1999.
The warworn history of my family and country has made me a firm believer in global peace. I think peace-and-prosperity-for-all is necessary to evolutionary grow as a respected nation-state and a happy world in the unmeasured universe. That is why I speak my mind fearlessly when there is an issue of national-security or political-economy. Consequently, I am facing systematic persecution of the state since 2010. The ongoing persecution has solidified my belief in upholding the universal values of freedom, truth and justice.

Sir,

On the night of March 28, 2010 – after routine editorial work in the newsroom of daily Dawn at G-7/1, Islamabad – I was on the way to home when there was an attempt on my life. I survived the hit-and-run attack near my house in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. “The traitor escaped death tonight,” a man said. “But for how long a goat can run off the knife,” he added and the car fled towards the Sixth Road.
When gunslingers appeared outside my house and snipers on nearby rooftops, I could not go to office and sought security against the looming danger. Before my employers at Dawn Media Group could take security measures, Resident Editor Zaffar Abbas insisted on coming office routinely. I could not understand the dubious demand until the Resident Editor’s associates informed me that there was a “general-journalist conspiracy” to kill me before the publication of my novel, The Terrorland.
The Terrorland talks about a gang of retired army-chiefs that faces charges of corruption, treason and crimes against humanity but refuses to appear in court, saying that generals never retire! It argues that the legal system of the country is not monolith as the military has its own justice system which works secretly but parallel to the Supreme Court of the country. Through planted puppets inside intelligence agencies, it provokes the public to declare the Supreme and High courts haywire as a result chaos spreads everywhere. In the chaotic atmosphere people struggle for survival, forgetting their demand for trial of generals. When a segment of the hostage-press accidentally reminds accountability of generals, the gang threatens that punishing a serving Naval Chief or Air Chief does not matter much but convicting even a retired Army Chief would demoralize the Army which could lead to a bloody coup d'état. With the help of ostensible Fifth Generation Warfare journalists, economists, business executives, lawyers, diplomats and other technocrats, the gang of retired army-chiefs runs a terrorizing state within the state, using violence as a lucrative family business and terrorism as a global ATM card.
Before hatching the assassination plot, Zaffar Abbas had asked me to show him the manuscript of The Terrorland as his elder brother, Major-General Athar Abbas, was the Chief Military Spokesperson of Pakistan. Both brothers were very ambitious in those days. Resident Editor Zaffar Abbas was digging deep to become Editor Dawn while Chief Military Spokesperson Major-General Athar Abbas was being painted as the next Army Chief.
Zaffar Abbas took my refusal to heart and stole the manuscript of The Terrorland, and sent it to the General Headquarters (GHQ) of the Pakistan Army. After the moronic assessment of pseudo-intellectuals at the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Military Intelligence (MI) and Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani reportedly declared The Terrorland against the “supreme national interest” and an act of treason, ordering the ISI safehouse at D-474, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, to carry on the aforementioned hit-and-run attack on me, so that the (well and widely) planned assassination could not become an issue of freedom of thought, freedom of expression and (above all) freedom of the press.
I contacted this Police Station but no First Investigative Report (FIR) was registered. “People know who killed (former Prime Minister) Benazir Bhutto,” a policeman said, frankly. “Today her husband (Asif Ali Zardari) is the President and one of her comrades (Yousuf Raza Gillani)  is the Prime Minister. Still nobody can register a case against the general (Pervez Musharraf) who was in power at the time of her death. When the (incumbent) President and Prime Minister of Pakistan cannot register a case against the godlike retired general, how can you (a journalist) do it against the godly serving generals (Ashfaq Parvez Kayani and Athar Abbas)? Brother, we live in a world of generals where only bootlickers survive!”
Secretary-General Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists Shamsul Islam Naz (who had been fired from Dawn) sympathized with me but showed his helplessness even in issuing a statement, as ISI controlled media-houses and journalistic-organizations through the clandestine network of the Abbas Brothers (that included Major-General Athar Abbas of ISPR, Zaffar Abbas of daily Dawn, Mazhar Abbas of ARY News and Azhar Abbas of Geo News).
The criminal behavior of the Resident Editor had embarrassed the management of Dawn Media Group. Therefore, Senior Manager Human Resources Khurshid Aizid (from Karachi) and General Manager Operations Tahir Owais (from Islamabad) came to my house (in Rawalpindi). I informed them about the actual situation. Senior colleagues (since then fired, retired or dead) complained that Zaffar Abbas was a spymaster under the guise of a journalist, therefore, he had turned the offices of Dawn into suboffice of ISI as a quid pro quo to make his brother, Major-General Athar Abbas, the next Army Chief. As a Subeditor of Dawn I could not stop our crafty Resident Editor from making journalism a lapdog of the spy-agency but as the author of The Terrorland, I said no to military-intervention in my work of literature.
Dawn Media Group's Senior Manager Human Resources and General-Manager Operations could not guarantee my safety from home to office due to involvement of ISPR, MI and ISI. Consequently, I remained incarcerated in my Rawalpindi house for eight long years: starting from March 29, 2010 and ending on March 28, 2018 (when General Kayani and his top strategists, including Major-General Athar Abbas, had retired from the Pakistan Army).

Sir,

During my eight years of incarceration, the mainstream media and journalistic organizations had been silenced. There was no response to my letters to the government and apex court (presumably, they did not reach them). Instead of dying silently in the engineered suffocation, I started breathing through the social-media. Besides struggling for justice, I used my journalistic sources and exposed criminal elements within the military and intelligence service. I did it for public good (and recent events have authenticated my written and spoken words, especially conviction of Pakistan Army and ISI officers, plus the revelation of a judge of the Islamabad High Court that ISI officers manipulate the Pakistani justice system to get favorable decisions).
My aggressive social-media activism was a humble effort to spread awareness and encourage the fearful public to say no to systematic corruption and engineered terrorism. The social-media ripple-effect made a global impact by getting attention of intellectuals, legal experts, strategists, policymakers and policy-implementors. It averted a planned civil-war in Pakistan and nuclear-anarchy around the world. This thing made the plotters uncomfortable within their military and journalistic skins. They asked me to go out of the country silently. I refused, saying it would be an act of cowardice to go abroad and blog about the country (particularly those powerful generals who were destroying state-pillars in the name of brinkmanship). So, under the crossed swords of ISI and MI, I kept exposing those who abuse their power to protect the Kayani cult of personality.
All hell broke loose on me when I broke the real-estate story of the Kayani Brothers (General Ashfaq Kayani, Brigadier Amjad Kayani, Major Babur Kayani and Major Kamran Kayani).
I live in a Kayani neighborhood of the Garrison Capital of Pakistan. Therefore, ISI officers took control of the neighborhood, bringing undercover-agents, professional criminals and notorious terrorists as “tenants” in portions of the houses around my house. Undercover-agents used women to entrap me! They used race, religion and jingoistic-nationalism as weapons against me. They told Gilgitis, Baltis, Pashtuns and Punjabis that I hated them. Sunnis were told that I was an infidel. Shias, Ismailis, Christians, Hindus and others were told that I was against them. The liberals were told that I was a conservative. Politicians, military officers and others were made believe that I was a traitor. Nobody was told that Habib Sulemani (the short form of my long legal name) is an independent journalist and writer.
Helpless parents couldn’t protect their growing children when terrorizing spymasters drugged, sexed, groomed, trained and armed them as “strategic-assets” to be used against me, as I had been declared the worst of provocateurs and critics. When some parents wanted to use their political influence to protect their innocent children, ISI silenced them by giving their children jobs in the military and spy agencies (making me the sole target of their so-called jobs).

Sir,

To minimize the outcome of my aggressive social-media activism, ISPR, MI and ISI launched a Soviet Union-style psychological warfare against me. The abuse of psychology, psychiatry, medicine and journalism got mingled into history’s nastiest form of war between a nuclearly-armed country and an armless individual.
I had become vulnerable due to incarceration. Therefore, (through the journalistic fraternity and nongovernmental organizations) the Abbas Brothers declared me “mentally unbalanced,” using words like depressive, paranoid, bipolar, schizophrenic, psychotic, narcissistic and lunatic. Similarly, the Kayani Brothers used governmental organizations (particularly ISI and MI) to twist arms of my family members, relatives, neighbors, friends, guests, acquaintances and all others to abuse me physically and emotionally. The masterminds of the concocted plot had thought that I would die of social-suffocation, commit suicide due to psychological-complications or end up in an asylum on socio-psychological grounds.
When failed, ISI agents allured some of my family members to kill or forcefully put me in an asylum and get my properties along with pensionable government jobs. One family member was offered a job at ISI headquarters, saying that the person, who gets order and kills a family member, becomes the topmost agent of the premier spy-agency of the country. Actually, it was a conspiracy to scatter my family and kill everyone in isolation, including my siblings and cousins.

Sir,

Under the surveillance of C-130 military aircraft, one day JKB Constructions (a company of the Kayani Brothers) forcefully took control of policeman Syed Jawad Abbas Kazmi’s building, extending it by demolishing the safetywall of my house. The four-story building was turned into ISI torturecell by encroaching on my terrace. Mr Kazmi was forced to attack me when I was attending my father who had just returned from the Combined Military Hospital Rawalpindi after brain surgery. I did not react, knowing what the Kayanis had planned! So, out of frustration, Brigadier Amjad Kayani sent Mr Kazmi to jail in a faked case, and I was poisoned by the ISI Medicaldeath Squad (led by Mrs Babar Kayani, a doctor and sister-in-law of General Kayani).
Then General Kayani stationed an ISI veteran (Asadullah) with his undercover-agent sons (Samiullah and Kalimullah) on the second-floor while his strategic ally Zaffar Abbas brought in an employee of the Dawn Media Group (Farooq Tahir) along with his young sons on the first-floor of Mr Kazmi’s building-turned-torturecell.
When two horrifying plans of the Kayani-Abbas brothers failed, (under ISI Medicaldeath Squad's recommendation) the ISI-Dawn joint team started depriving me of sleep. This imprudent strategy publicly exposed the criminal nexus of generals and journalists. On one hand the Kayani Brothers and Abbas Brothers were declared “brothers in crimes” on the other hand ISI and Dawn became synonyms for barbarism. When Zaffar Abbas asked some of his subordinates to work for both Dawn and ISPR-run magazine Hilal, it proved those claims that the selfstyled editor was actually a spymaster.

Sir,

Director ISI Research and Analysis Wing Major-General Ahmed Mahmood Hayat (one of General Kayani’s protégés) invited some students (residing in my neighborhood) to D-474. First he used the stick-strategy to make them total-submissive and then used the carrot-strategy to provoke them to commit crime with patriotic zest.
“We have separated Habib Sulemani (the short form of my legal name) from his family and rest of the society,” Major-General Hayat told them, reportedly. “The traitor may face nervous-breakdown or starve to death in loneliness! To make our next plan successful, you must cooperate with our officers on duty in depriving him of sleep. If he complains, declare him a lunatic and people will believe you, because you are in a big number while he is all alone. Democracy must win, boys!”
A student quoted Major-General Hayat as saying: “Gather guttersnipes outside Habib Sulemani’s house and let them call him lunatic. If the word lunatic echoed in his ears from all directions, due to sleeplessness and hallucinations, he would certainly go crazy or do crazy things that would justify a fatal attack on him! If nothing like that happens then he may die of sleeplessness-related health complications. Sleep-torture is the worst slow-poisoning that destroys a person's immune system. It is also the safest way to get rid of the traitor without going to jail. You must do it, boys, to enjoy rest of your lives as heroes.”
General Kayani’s son Sarosh Kayani was also present on the occasion. He reportedly announced prizes for the students, saying: “If mission completed, you would get houses in DHA (Defence Housing Authority, run by Pakistan Army) and a wonderful visit to our family ranch in Australia, or my cousins will provide you immigrant visas to Canada...”

Sir,

When undercover-agents, professional criminals and my neighbors couldn’t yield the desired result, Major-General Hayat appointed Captain Khurram, a uniformed ISI officer, as operational-commander in my neighborhood. Captain Khurram came as (next-door) “tenant” on the ground-floor of taxidriver Javed Awan’s three-story building. Captain Khurram fixed bugging devices to monitor me inside my three-story house and started systematic sleep-torture on me. He continued roaming the neighborhood with a smartphone in hand, giving and receiving orders through WhatsApp.
Captain Khurram took Javed Awan, his respectful sons Haroon Awan and Ibrahim Awan as hostages. The polite behavior of the Awans become truculent. People nicknamed Javed Awan as ISI Chief. After a brief disappearance Haroon Awan reappeared with the news that he was on a visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). A “tenant” said that General Kayani had sent Haroon abroad to meet his brother Major Kamran Kayani (who had fled the country to escape arrest in the DHA corruption case). Kamran Kayani repeated what Haroon had already heard in Pakistan: “Kill the traitor, and we’ll take you out of jail on grounds of drug and mental health!”
Then Haroon made the announcement of getting a “job” at the GHQ. “First he was made heroin-addict and now given a gun with an unconvincing job in the Pakistan Army,” a neighbor commented. “Haroon does not go to the GHQ and stays home day and night,” a man told me. “You openly write and talk about army and ISI officers—the ISI-wala maybe planning to use Haroon and his family against you—be careful—the secret agency works very secretly!”
After consulting psychologists and psychiatrists, I tried to communicate (via social-media) with the (recently transferred) Military Spokesperson Major-General Asif Ghafoor to bring an end to the ongoing ISI psychological warfare against me. Surprisingly, instead of Major-General Ghafoor, Haroon responded. This got attention of those experts who archive my cyberspace activities for legal reason. Ex-servicemen declared Haroon “Spokesman of the Spokesman.”
Last year I got a life-threat from ISI and staged a symbolic protest outside the D-474. When I sought reaction, undercover-agents outside the ISI safehouse told me that their replies were already on my Facebook page, hinting about Haroon’s comments!
When agents deprived me of both common-use and potable water, I wrote about it and Haroon came with a response again. This time Javed Awan asked me to use water from outside the house of a man from Gilgit instead of going to the government-run water-purification-plant, situated outside the ISI safehouse.
Then Haroon Awan told me that he had gotten fired from his army job. His father declared drug-addiction the reason. “In the first place,” a neighbor asked, “why a drug-addict was given a job in the Pakistan Army and posted at the GHQ?”
Anyway, I started a blog site for Haroon. I edited his early posts and then he became self-reliant. ISI didn’t like our intellectual collaboration and sabotaged it criminally by organizing a series of attacks on me.
One morning, Javed Awan declared me an Indian agent, pulling in a crowd outside my house. Then Haroon Awan (along a suspicious man) attacked me once and threatened to kill me another time.
As a humanist, I always try to protect my family, neighbors, friends and all others through my social-media posts. But Haroon’s Facebook account was used for threats and harassing content against me, including a video, showing his army identity-card outside my house. Haroon’s Facebook account had also photos of his "ISI-given guns" and ambiguous UAE visit.
One night I was returning from the tandoor when Ibrahim Awan (6:2 feet man) hit me in the head. He had been told to do so to get a job in the Special Services Group (SSG) of the Pakistan Army. As the aforementioned attacks happened in presence of ISI handlers, so in private the Awans apologized and I forgave them with an open-heart.
Shockingly, one evening Saad Zeb gave me a life-threat and nearly attacked me even though I had said nothing offensive. Later one of his close persons told me that Javed Awan had provoked him to do so.
Then Ashraf Shah showed his annoyance on writing about General Kayani (with whom he had worked at the Prime Minister Secretariat when Benazir Bhutto was the Prime Minister). Manzoor Ahmed Kayani, another neighbor, became angry when I was talking to someone about the alleged corruption of the Kayani Brothers.
In all incidents, I kept silent. No matter what my neighbors do to me under ISI pressure, I treat them all with utmost respect. I tenderly address them as aunt, brother, sister and son/daughter. However, there is a preposterous change in the behavior of others, too. I’m tortured, threatened, harassed, humiliated and attacked on regular basis. Some pass defamatory remarks, spread rumors and do all kinds of organized propaganda to tarnish my reputation as a journalist, poet, writer and citizen of Pakistan. They no more address me by name rather call me: Gilgitisickmanlunatic or traitor. Some have repeatedly asked me to leave the neighborhood where my family owns a house for decades. To make them comfortable, I tried to get a residence in Islamabad but ISI blocked it by asking the landlord that I was an antistate element which may create problem for him (the landlord)!
My neighbors and others follow orders from Captain Khurram who follows orders from Major-General Hayat who bows before General Kayani. Even after retirement, General Kayani is still at the helm of power in Pakistan. Besides his personal militia (known as Kayani Youth Force or KYF), he targets me through his family members, friends and protégés in the government, military and intelligence agencies.
General Kayani utilizes state and nonstate machineries against me as if I am an enemy state, not a justice-seeking citizen. Teams of uniformed officers and undercover agents around me change from time to time but ISI methods of persecution remain unchanged.

Sir,

With the passage of time, the nexus of Kayani Brothers and Abbas Brothers has become stronger. ISI methods of persecution are also getting sophisticated. Legally I am still an employee of the Dawn Media Group (though Zaffar Abbas had forcefully sent a termination later to my house). The management is said to be ready to compensate me financially for the eight years of incarceration without going into litigation. However, Zaffar Abbas (who unlike his brother has succeeded in becoming Editor Dawn) has opposed it. Journalists say the ISI imposed employee is more powerful than Mr Jinnah-appointed employers!
Similarly, other media groups are willing to give me an editorial job but ISI has warned them of dire consequences, including blockage of advertisements and newsprint. Even an international media organization was indirectly told to not give me a job in its Islamabad bureau.
The general-journalist nexus has turned the world against me through spy-agencies, professional bodies, social networks, governmental and nongovernmental organizations. Sometimes even my near and dear ones behave capriciously! People meet me with austere expressions. A few have confessed that they don’t want to interact with me in real-life, not even in the cyberspace, due to fear of ISI persecutions.
“I fear for the safety of my children,” a person told me. “Everyone – including your own family members – is ready to go against you with a slight nod from the almighty ISI. The generals have wasted 10 precious years of your life. You are getting old. For how long will you keep up the fight against the armed-to-teeth generals, eh? You are yet a single man. Go out of the country and come back when the remaining protégés of General Kayani are retired.”
In every possible way, the general-journalist nexus has made my survival impossible in Pakistan. I am being forced to leave the country after selling my family and personal properties at throwaway prices. Through Javed Awan, ISI had sent counterfeit buyers to me to purchase my family house in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. The DHA plot of my martyred brother is already in the hands of the Kayani Brothers.
The JKB Constructions had eyes on my corner plot (B-1) at the Media Town Rawalpindi from the very beginning and, through ISI, it had tempered with the possession-paper on February 6, 2010 about which I had written to the Chief Minister of Punjab on February 26, 2010. Now, a relative of a general (who besides being an officer of a secret agency also plays role in the real-estate sector of Rawalpindi-Islamabad) has threatened me to sell my Media Town plot to him, or neither it would be commercialized nor anybody would buy it!

Sir,

After reading my social-media posts, an agent-with-guilty-conscious has informed me that General Kayani had put my name in the Kalikitab (Darkbook/Blackbook) which contains names of those persons whom ISI is organizationally bound to assassinate infallibly.
“First you would be killed directly or indirectly,” the agent revealed. “Then all those people who are being used against you – including your family members, relatives, friends, neighbors and officers like myself – would be eliminated within a period of five to ten years, so that there’s no tangible-evidence left behind to convict General Kayani and his family during a possible national or international hearing.”
Since this revelation, sleep-torture has reached its intolerable peak. My family is in Gilgit and I live alone in Rawalpindi. My house is surrounded by the houses of Jawad Abbas Kazmi, Javed Ilyas Awan, Saad Zeb, Manzoor Ahmed Kayani and others. So, I have become an easy target for ISI. Perpetrators hammer my walls, throw bricks at my roof, bang my windows, hit my gas and water lines, slam doors, honk horns, use loud music, hooligans, silencerless bikes, firecrackers, gunfire and do other things 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
Officers from D-474 keep Javed Awan, his sons and “tenants” awake from one side while the ISI-Dawn team works from the other side to not let me sleep. They work day and night in three shifts. Some other neighbors are also forced to facilitate ISI actors round the clock. A couple of neighbors, including Javed Awan, were beaten brutally for not succeeding in given tasks…
In violation of human rights (enshrined in our constitution), ISI Psychological Warfare Wing is passing some of my neighbors through a methodical psychosomatic process so that they become ready to commit suicide or homicide. These neighbors are suffering from depression, blood-pressure, stress-related diseases and many more. I talk about the direct attacks on me unswervingly, but my neighbors cannot take such a journalistic risk to reveal their indirect pain publicly. My decade-long persecution does not feel as painful as watching my poor neighbors, including women and children, being tortured.

Sir,

Since the end of my eight-year incarceration, ISI primary, secondary and tertiary agents are targeting me at home and outside on daily basis. D-474 has been made a specific ISI office to deal with me! The following is just a glimpse of what the intelligence community (with a huge budget) is doing to me:

1-      ISI Medicaldeath Squad had left dengue-mosquitoes inside my house in 2019. Last month, I was told that the coronavirus (2019-nCoV) would be used as a weapon against me... I had written about them on my Facebook page. Today (March 20, 2020) I feel they have already attacked me... Let me go to the Benazir Bhutto Hospital in Rawalpindi and see what they do to me under the watchful eyes of General Kayani's sister-in-law-led ISI Medicaldeath Squad...

2-       An ISI undercover tried to poison me at a café last year but the vigilant waiter averted the attack.

3-       During my symbolic protest outside the ISI safehouse, agents blasted an electricity-transformer near the D-474 as I passed by.

4-      A house was ransacked, then a woman got killed and then cellphones of customers were snatched at a store in my neighborhood to generalize an intended attack on me and later on the tag-team of parents and children (particularly fathers and sons) to destroy evidences…

5-      Whenever I go to the National Press Club Islamabad, ISI agents enter my house, contaminate my water, add toxic things to my food, plus damage my physical and intellectual properties.

6-        ISI officers force the Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL), Pakistan Telecommunication Limited (PTCL) and Telenor Pakistan to block my power, water, gas, phone and internet lines from time to time.

7-      ISI Cyber Wing hacks into my computers, emails and social-media accounts.

8-      ISI agents record my phone calls and sabotage my short-and-long-time programs accordingly. They stalk on me by using my SIM as a navigator.

9-      Agents follow me to markets and order shopkeepers to overcharge me.

10-  Undercover agents throw feces inside my house.

11-  Abusing his official power, Major-General Ahmed Mahmood Hayat forced the Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL) to install a doctored gas-meter outside my house on November 14, 2019. It instantly inflated my gas bill from Rs 200s to Rs 2,000s within fifteen days. Then it went to Rs 15,000s, then Rs 30,000s. Ignoring my complaints, they cut my gas-line even then they have sent me bill of Rs 44,090 this month. My neighbor Javed Awan says if I give Rs 8,000 my gas-line would be restored. I had written to the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority on February 21, 2020 but so far I have got no response from them.

12-  I have brought in an LPG cylinder but when I go out, the ISI guys break into my house and leak gas from the cylinder.

Sir,

I have visited this Police Station many times. I had told everything to your predecessor SHO Subinspector Chaudhry Nadeem Ahmed, Assistant Subinspector Waseem and other officers on duty. The former SHO (who had seen my social-media posts regarding the systematic sleep-torture and ongoing psychological warfare) wanted to resolve the issue “off-the-record” by talking to ISI officers at D-474. Before doing that herculean task, one day I was told that the SHO’s brother had died and then he got transferred elsewhere.
Since then I have received a new death-threat, asking me to not report General Kayani, Major-General Abbas and their family members to the police in writing. The Kayani-Abbas brothers want to scapegoat those whom they have been using against me.
The Kayani-Abbas brothers are known for playing double-game with everyone. Therefore, I request you to protect my neighbors, especially Javed Awan, Haroon Awan, Ibrahim Awan, Saad Zeb, Jawad Kazmi and Ashraf Shah with his sons. (Farooq Tahir, Malik, Bilal, Najam, Shakeel, Ishaq, Imran, Mursaleen, Muddasir, Makhdoom, Asadullah, Samiullah, Kalimullah, Azhar, Arab Khan, Captain Khurram, Major-General Ahmed Mahmood Hayat, Major-General Asif Ghafoor and others, particularly when the servicemen get retirement, also need protective eyes of law enforcement agencies. Major-General Ghafoor has already survived a suspicious accident on the Motorway.)

Sir,

Provision of equal-justice-under-law seems no more an esoteric philosophy in our country. The Pakistan Army has distanced itself from criminals hiding behind the uniform. A military court has sentenced a one-star general of ISI to death and a three-star army-general to life over treason.
Similarly, a special court has sentenced former Army Chief, Pervez Musharraf, to death over high-treason. It’s time to bring Parvez Kayani to justice, too. People under state-security are ready to appear in court to bear witness against the terrorizing general who has served as Director-General ISI and Chief of Army Staff.
Since Tehreek-e-Insaf (Movement for Justice) came to power, Prime Minister Imran Khan talks about provision of justice to every citizen of the Islamic Republic according to the teachings of Islam. It’s germane and central to the “New Pakistan” theory of the ruling party to bring all culprits to justice so that the country comes out of the 72-year-old inertia.
Therefore, I request you to register an FIR against former Army Chief Ashfaq Parvez Kayani, his son Sarosh Kayani, his brother Kamran Kayani, former ISPR chief Athar Abbas and his brother Zaffar Abbas. I am struggling for this basic right for the last 10 years.

Sincerely,

I've received new death-threat from ISI area commander's office at D-474, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan. It's in response to my Facebook posts about Gen Kayani, his protege CJCSC Gen Zubair Mahmood Hayat & their brothers. This is the ISI office near my house. #ISI
