The Terrorland Report

The Global Terrorism King, Gen Mirza Aslam Beg, with his ISI-MQM brigade
leaders: Altaf Hussain, Mazhar Abbas, Zaid Hamid and Ahmed Quraishi. |
Ahmed Quraishi considers himself the brain
of the Pakistan Army in the cyber age. He's a key player of the ISI
network run by former army chief, Gen Mirza Aslam Beg. As Gen Beg
reportedly considers army generals from the Punjab 'cattle' similarly Mr
Quraishi thinks that he's the cyber god without whom Pakistan Army,
especially the ISI and its public face ISPR are incomplete. Insiders
tell The Terrorland Sociasl Media Group that a new game has started to
protect the Gen Beg Network and MQM which is under global microscope
currently.
Together with Zaid Hamid, Mr Quraishi runs a heavy budgeted childish
propaganda cell of the ISI and ISPR, spreading the moronic conspiracy
theories of Gen Aslam Beg.
On the indication of his guru, Gen Aslam Beg, who hates current Army
Chief Gen Raheel Sharif like Gen Ashfaq Kayani, Ahmed Quraishi has
started a new campaign by asking Gen Raheel not to take extension in
service rather become CJCSC as Gen Rashad Mahmood is nearing retirement
age within few months. The ruling PML-N considers it a conspiracy to
save Gen Aslam Beg and his global network of intellectual terrorists. "I
can't say more," said a minister.
Will the new game of Gen Aslam Beg to appoint a new army chief of his
choice and avoid trial of any kind succeed? "No," the minister
responded. "Gen Kayani and Aslam Beg both consider Gen Raheel a big
threat for their gangs. That's why they're trying their old tricks
repeatedly!"
By the way, we want you to read Ahmed Quraishi's
written suggestions to Gen Raheel and judge it by yourself. Mr Quraishi writes:

Will Gen. Raheel Sharif continue at the helm beyond his retirement date later this year? Should he?
I was with veteran journalist Sardar Khan Niazi on his talk show on Roz
News last night. And this was the only question he asked me.
I knew what I wanted to say, with absolute clarity. Only two things are important here:
One, the Pakistan Army is a great, professional institution that every
Pakistani should be proud of, where you get to the top purely on merit.
This natural course of promotions of capable officers would stop if COAS
Gen. Raheel Sharif were to stay on as the Chief of Army Staff for a
prolonged period.
Two, the year 2015 has proven beyond a shred of doubt that in Pakistan
governance and success remain personality-driven. Gen. Raheel Sharif
has proven this right. We saw how the most basic decisions of governance
that got stuck in our failed political and democratic system moved only
when Gen. Sharif decided enough is enough. And he had the nerve to face
off with one of the most powerful and richest (and corrupt) politicians
in Pakistan who threatened the Army chief that he would be powerless
after he retired and could be at the receiving end of the revenge of
corrupt politicians. And yet this did not deter the COAS from pushing
reforms and battling corruption and bad governance.

In short, promotions shouldn't be blocked in the army and Pakistan needs Gen. Sharif's vision and bold decision making.
One middle way is for him to be promoted as Chairman Joint Chiefs of
Staff Committee (CJCSC) with powers that supersede the Chiefs of the
Armed Forces.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif would be interested
in this arrangement because it suits him and his government, and Gen.
Sharif could accept this arrangement if there was encouragement from
within the Armed Forces and the Pakistani public.
