Rotator update

Aside from the normal bumpy start in manufacturing, we're into our
second batch of these. The only changes other than minor dimension and
tooling tweaks are the addition of padding on the sides of the motor to
reduce vibrations during acceleration/braking and replacing two pop
rivets with screws for better servicing access if it's ever needed.
