I wasn't thinking you were going to trash him. i wasn't even aware you
were thinking that. But this post would be way to bring Schad back
into activeness. Unless you truely want to scrap him then I would say
no don't.

Then I won't. It just seemed like he didn't have a place is all. So if
we can give him a purpose so to speak then I"m fine with playing him
again.

I understand. we're working on it. He would probably be drawn to the
energy of Akylah, DD, and Oldina. which would be a way to bring him
in. howeveras for a concrete purpose that I do not know yet.

with that since he's my character. But it will have to wait till

a_different_kinda_mistress: Aklyah shakes her head realizing that the
blonde would probably never admit it anyways. she was more curious
about this maguar they had registered and is slightly distracted by
the soft whisperings of her rivelus partner in her mind.

traveler7012001: Oldina sighed softly and shook her head firmly,
remaining silent for most of the rest of the trip. "You're both ready
in case of trouble, I trust?"

a_different_kinda_mistress: Akylah rolls her eyes expecially hearing
the discusted outburt from her partner, "More ready then you are."

traveler7012001: She glared at her, annoyed before shaking her head.
"Very well then. Locking on to the signal...Ready." She transmits the
location to the other bikes before taking a breath to steady herself,
then leading the way towards it.

a_different_kinda_mistress: Akylah's mind caresses that ov her
partner's ai and the rivelus spreads over her skin much like lover's
caress. As she gets closer her eyes widen. She knew that feel. that
energy signature, but it couldn't be could it? she left that woman on
gaia! but it so feels like her. she looks to DD who is closer, "I
think i need to go first!" already the riberus was retreating again
revealing her normal face.

traveler7012001: DD blinked and looked to her. "What do you mean?"

a_different_kinda_mistress: "I remember that signature!"

traveler7012001: He looks to her, then nods firmly. "Oldina! Let
Akylah go in first!" She blinked in shock then looked back at them.
"What? Why?" "She says she recognizes this energy signature. If she
does, then..." "Then it's more likely someone like her than a Maguar."
She sighed and nodded, hovering in midair, looking to Akylah, nodding
at her to lead.

a_different_kinda_mistress: AKylah nods and once over the signature
she sets the bike to hover and jumps off landing with a thud on the
balcony and pushes open the doors carefully, "Luc is that you?"
Lucrecia's eyes widen as she hears Akylah's voice and runs upstairs.
AS soon as both women see each other they blink a couple of times
before they collide each hugging the other tightly. Lucrecia breaks
down in tears, it was too much losing Zenith then Akylah suddenly
reappearing in her life for her to handle.

traveler7012001: Oldina sighed slightly and shook her head a little.
"So, another one like her....How many of them are there....?"

a_different_kinda_mistress: Akylah kisses Lucrecia's cheek and sits
down with her then eeks and jumps back up running to the balcony and
grinning and giving a thumbs up to DD before stepping back in to try
to explain what the hell is going on to Lucrecia.

traveler7012001: DD smiles softly and gives her a thumbs up, sighing
softly in relief.

a_different_kinda_mistress: Lucrecia was more then a bit upset as she
explained to Akylah what had happened to Zenith and even Akylah shed a
tear as she had thought of Zenith like a brother. she presses the com
thing she'd found on the bike, "DD you should come down here."

traveler7012001: DD looked at Oldina who sighed and nodded before
going and landing down by her. "What's wrong?"

a_different_kinda_mistress: Lucrecia jumps but Akylah lays a gentle
hand on her arm, "DD this is Lucrecia Saori. she was one of my
superiors back home. You think I'm freakishly strong Luc is even
stronger then me. She was born a SOLDIER then experiemented on, I was
born a SOLDIER but not put through the extensive experiements that she
was."

traveler7012001: DD nods gently and smiles warmly. "It's nice to meet
you, Lucrecia."

a_different_kinda_mistress: Lucrecia looks at AKylah like she's insane
for telling this man about SOLDIER but nods to DD, "Obviously Ky
trusts you. So i will give you the benefit of the doubt and say it is
nice to meet you as well."

traveler7012001: He smiles a little. "Given what you could undoubtedly
do to me if it wasn't, i'm glad to hear it."

a_different_kinda_mistress: that made Luc and Akylah crack identical
smirks (never ever EVER a good thing)

traveler7012001: He coughs nervously, stepping away a little.

a_different_kinda_mistress: Akylah and Luc share a look which spelt
out trouble then turn their gaze to DD before Akylah sighs softly and
looks over to Luc, "Not this time Luc. I won't do that to him." Luc
pouts Akylah hardly ever refused to share with her.

traveler7012001: "I'm, fairly sure I don't know what you're talking
about......And, I have the feeling I should be glad."

a_different_kinda_mistress: "Aw but Ky-chan..." "NO Luc." "But.."
"No!" "Why not?!" "BECAUSE I LOVE HIM!" AKylah covers her mouth a
faint blush staining her cheeks at her ouburst.

traveler7012001: He grinned gently. "Well, i'm glad my feelings are
returned at least..."

a_different_kinda_mistress: Luc's eyes had widened, never has she
thought the infamous Akylah would fall in love, she wasn't exactly
selective after all and had always been more then willing to share
bedpartners in the past. Akylah blushes and gets up nuzzling him
affectionately making the silver haired beauty's eyes widen,
Akylah was NEVER one for PDAs.

traveler7012001: He blushes gently and smiles, leaning to nuzzle her,
kissing her softly.

a_different_kinda_mistress: Akylah smiles softly and murrs kissing him
hungerly. Luc blinks, "So what was this about some creature called a
maguar that is supposed to be worse then afiend?" while she was happy
for Akylah she was also keenly missing Zenith aswell.

traveler7012001: "Mmm..." He blinked and broke the kiss slowly.
"Right. It's a creature that drains life force from it's surroundings,
adapts to them and, in this breed, adapts to match the circumstances
which killed previous Maguar from before. We had thought they were
only scattered around Japan, but...."

a_different_kinda_mistress: Lucrecia looks at him with a piercing look
mastered by both her and her brother, "But what?"

traveler7012001: He blinked and swallowed slightly, coughing. "But, it
turns out we were wrong and they, apparently wound up scattered over a
farther area...."

a_different_kinda_mistress: One dark brow just lifted, "And?"

traveler7012001: "And if we don't kill them all, then they will wind
up breeding, and eventually overrunning and consuming all life on this
planet."

a_different_kinda_mistress: "ah so that is the true reason you saught
me out. because you believed I was one of these things. and if i
turned out not to me you want to use me against them aswell as Ky-
chan." Akylah interrupts her, something the younger dark haired
SOLDIER has NEVER done, "No Luc. we don't intend to use you. If you
want to live you help. if you don't then stay here, we'll handle it on
our own." the gauntlet was thrown and neither woman was backing down.

traveler7012001: "We came here because we thought you were one. The
only reason we haven't left is Akylah said she knew you. Otherwise we
would've left already. You'd never have known we were here. We've
dragged too many people into this conflict already."

a_different_kinda_mistress: Akylah blinks at DD, "You're regretting
nowaren't you. Letting me help. I hate to bustyour bubble butI
wouldhave helped regardless. thosetwo little girls should not have to
fight." that got Lucrecia's attentionnowand made her relax a bit. she
knew Akylah better then that and she knew the woman wouldn't say
something like that without it being true.

traveler7012001: "I am. And I regret making them fight too. But we
didn't have a choice then. And now, unless we want to make them fight,
our only choice is letting you help."

a_different_kinda_mistress: Akylah sighs and pokes him none to gently
in the chest, "I'm pregnant not dying. and I have help t.." she trails
off hearing a thump only tosee Lucrecia passed out cold on the floor
due to shock.

traveler7012001: He blinks slightly and turns his head to look at her.
"I'm, guessing she didn't expect that.

a_different_kinda_mistress: Akylah laughs softly "iie. I was something
of a player back home.and was dead set against having a family. or
rather dead set against kids in general."

traveler7012001: "Ah. So, finding out how you are now would, obviously
be a surprise."

a_different_kinda_mistress: "yea. Lucrecia was the one that wanted
kids one day while I said no way in hell."

traveler7012001: He laughed softly. "Well, you have changed, haven't
you?"

a_different_kinda_mistress: She nods as she leans down and picks up
Lucrecia toput her on the bed.

traveler7012001: "Is there anything I can do?"

a_different_kinda_mistress: She chuckles, "At the moment no just don't
be in arms reach when she wakes up. she might hit you."

traveler7012001: He nods a little and steps back from the bed. "So
noted."

a_different_kinda_mistress: "she doesn't wake cheerfully."

traveler7012001: "I'll keep that in mind in future."

a_different_kinda_mistress: ((*yawns cutely but tries to do it
stealthily*))

a_different_kinda_mistress: Akylah nods with a slight smile before
moving over and nuzzling him again. "So what do we donow? Luc isn't
going to want to let me go again. specially now that she knows I'm
pregnant."

traveler7012001: [(kisses gently) Want to turn in?] "Well. As far as I
can see, the only real choice then is to take her back with us."

a_different_kinda_mistress: "But how? I don't think any of the bikes
could handle the combined weight." (( i shouldit'sgetting hard to
holdmy eyesopen))

traveler7012001: "That, i'm not really sure of..." [Bed with you then.]

a_different_kinda_mistress: Akylah sighs softly and looks at Lucrecia,
"I don't want to leave her alone. With Zenith gone Luc won't be very
stable. Her twin Sephiroth went insane, Luc has that same potential
and the same destructive power. Her twin destroyed a town and most of
another beforehe was taken down. Luc could do that easily."

traveler7012001: DD frowned softly and nodded a little. "So it's
settled then, we'll, have to take her with us I guess."

a_different_kinda_mistress: She nods with a soft sigh, "But it still
remains to be how we are going to do that."

traveler7012001: "Think Blink might be willing to help us out?"

a_different_kinda_mistress: "Perhapsbut he is watching the girls right
now."

traveler7012001: He nodded slightly. "Which presents a problem. Hm..."
traveler7012001: [Was debating having Blink show up here dressed
differently and make a few random comments. Decided against it.]

a_different_kinda_mistress: ((kk)) "Yes it does. so what do we do? I
mean the one bikewas altered for my weight but i doubt it could handle
twice of my weight and i doubt the unmodified bikes could handle a
SOLDIER's weight and the slight weight of you or blondie."

traveler7012001: Oldina chose this moment to step in. "I can modify
the other bike for her weight, and DD and I can share a bike. That is,
if you don't object."

a_different_kinda_mistress: she binks and looks at Oldina, "Provided
your hands don't start straying I suppose it will be fine. they do and
i'll shatter every bone from your fingertips to your shoulders in both
arms."

traveler7012001: "No offense meant to you, but while you are obviously
attracted to him, I, confess that I am not."

a_different_kinda_mistress: Akylah arches abrow but nods slightly,
"One doesn't have to be attracted to someone to cop a feel, specially
when one is horny and not having a partner to vent it with. But I will
not prevent it. Lucrecia must be brought back. without Zenith Lucrecia
is a danger to herself and thosearound her. sheneeds the familiar
right now."

a_different_kinda_mistress: ((oh right we were joking around but
Oldina will probably get laid in Rome XD))

traveler7012001: [Oh, one imagines someone will eventually fuck her.
Who'll it be?] "That's, not entirely what I meant but... " She shuts
her mouth and sighs before starting to get to work on the newest
modifications.

a_different_kinda_mistress: ((Alexi XD)) Akylah moves about the
apartment collecting up Lucrecia's stuff and packing it up into the
large dufflebags and suitcases she found in the spare room and
hurriedly set up to have the belongings delivered to her home in
Brazil. When she gets to the livingroom she drops to her knees asound
like a wounded animal leaving her as she sees Zenith's body.

traveler7012001: [(smiles) Interesting.] DD blinked on hearing this
and rushed in to check on her, stopping on seeing the problem,
approaching her carefully. "Are you alright?"

a_different_kinda_mistress: ((yup XD)) Akylah spins and buries her
face against his chest tears coursing down her cheeks.

traveler7012001: He wraps his arms around her gently, holding her
close, stroking her head gently. "I'm sorry."

a_different_kinda_mistress: Her shoulders heave as she cries, with as
strong as she is, and has proven to be, it's easy to imagine that this
woman wouldn't show emotion like this but here she is crying her eyes
out against this man.

traveler7012001: He strokes her head softly and holds her tightly,
doing his best to give her what little comfort he can.

a_different_kinda_mistress: eventually she stops crying and turns
blindly to grab a blanket off the couch and cover Zenith's body. She
did not wish to see him, to see his lifeless eyes. Her face and body
are showing the strain and tension from what she had seen.

traveler7012001: He takes the blanket and moves to cover the body
carefully, then turns to continue the packing. "You go sit with your
friend. I'll finish getting things ready."

a_different_kinda_mistress: She nods slowly and hugs him tight, how
did she ever survive without him before this? Then she turns and
returns to Lucrecia wiping her cheeks to rid them of the teartracks
and sits down beside Lucrecia who was just starting to wake up. In low
murmurs they discuss Akylah's pregnancy and the Maguar and in general
just get caught up.

traveler7012001: DD finishes packing and gets Lucrecia's things ready
to leave while Oldina finishes modifications to the bike, glancing on
occassions at the other two women.

a_different_kinda_mistress: Lucrecia and Akylah straighten and gets
Lucrecia ready to go to Brazil. by the time they were ready to leave
Akylah had managed to at least get asmile on Lucrecia's lips due to
the retelling of how Akylah met Blink.

traveler7012001: [Huzzah for people liking Blink.] Oldina sighed and
nodded in satisfaction once the last of the modifications were done.
"It's ready. Akylah. One last thing, and, I would appreciate it if
you'd never repeat this to him."

a_different_kinda_mistress: She blinks and looks at Oldina, "Repeat
what to him?"

traveler7012001: "While he is one of the few officers I respect, I
meant that i'm not interested in him, nor have I ever been interested
in a male in....A biological manner." She flushed hotly and coughed,
looking down. "I figured, it would calm your worries about the trip
back, should you have any. The bike is ready, but i'll need to make
more after this so that all of us have adequate transport.."

a_different_kinda_mistress: She nods slightly, and Lucrecia pipes up
from behind them, "You're a lesbian then. That's nothing to be ashamed
of. a good many women in the SOLDIER program disliked the touch of a
male due to a specific scientist who was a male."

traveler7012001: "It's frowned upon back home. It doesn't make for
good genetic material for future generations. Deviates from the norm."

a_different_kinda_mistress: Both SOLDIERs blink and look at her, sort
of unnerving to have two pairs of peircing mako-toned eyes looking at
you intently i would think, "Then it is good that you are here. it's
accepted though not by all."

traveler7012001: "It's not such a bad planet once you get used to it."

a_different_kinda_mistress: "one should not have to get used to it..."
began Akylah, "One should not be madeto feel guilty for their sexual
prefrence." finished Lucrecia.

traveler7012001: "On that, we're agreed."

a_different_kinda_mistress: Both SOLDIERs nod and Lucrecia looks
uncertainly at the bike, "Will that even holdme?"

traveler7012001: She nods, firmly. "Definitely. Most of the ecm
protection had to be taken out but there should be enough that with
it's profile there won't be a problem."

a_different_kinda_mistress: Both women just looked at her blankly

traveler7012001: "It'll hold you. Trust me."

a_different_kinda_mistress: She blinks and nods slowly and akylah
grins, "Well one will hold me if that's of any help." Lucrecia looks
relieved hearing that, specially since Akylah is heavier then her due
to build and sheer muscle, the slightly younger female had taken after
her father in her build after all.

traveler7012001: "After this though, i'd like to actually make a bike
each for both of you. I'm a little concerned about someone detecting
us on these..."

a_different_kinda_mistress: Both women nod and Akylah climbs onto her
bike prompting Lucrecia to do the same though not without a sad glance
behind her, she was leaving her beloved Zenith's body behind after
all.

traveler7012001: Oldina climbed onto her bike as DD climbed on behind
her, leading the way back.

a_different_kinda_mistress: Akylah smiles at Lucrecia and rides slowly
this time beside the silver SOLDIER as they head back across the ocean.

It is a long ride but both SOLDIERs are very glad to have their feet
on the ground again, It's only now that the thought dawns on Lucrecia
to inform Schad that he might be in danger because of his being drawn
to things that give off odd energy signatures. She pulls out her
cellphone and looks at it before taking a deep breath and dialing
Schad's number even though it would be very late for him at this point
in time. As she listens to the other end ring she also can't help but
wonder what would be seen if he drew the blonde and this DD...

((DURING THE RIDE BACK FOR DD & THE GANG))

traveler7012001: Tsubasa stirred slowly in bed, waking up, but not
entirely sure why then blinking and blushing slightly on hearing and
feeling her stomach grumbling loudly, sitting up slowly and shaking
Hikaru gently. "Hikaru?"
a_different_kinda_mistress: Hikaru slowly wakes and blinks upat
Tsubasa, "yes 'basa-chan?"
traveler7012001: She blushed slightly, looking down at her. "I'm
hungry. And, uhm, I don't really, want to walk around alone so..."
a_different_kinda_mistress: Hikaru leans up and kisses her to silence
her, she didn't need to hear more to understand. SHe quickly breaks
the kiss and gets up to get dressed.
traveler7012001: Tsubasa blushed warmly and smiled, standing and
getting dressed as well. "Thanks Hikaru-chan."
a_different_kinda_mistress: "No problem 'basa-chan." she pulls on her
shorts and tshirt before waiting for tsubasa at the door.
traveler7012001: Tsubasa smiles happily and slides her shirt and
shorts on carefully, walking to the door, taking Hikaru's hand gently.
a_different_kinda_mistress: Hikaru curls her fingers around Tsubasa's
and leads her out heading for the kitchen.
traveler7012001: Tsubasa smiled happily and followed after her.
traveler7012001: Blink sat up slightly and put hit book down on seeing
them walk in. "Evening girls. Hungry?"
a_different_kinda_mistress: Hikaru nods anwsering for them both.
traveler7012001: He smiles brightly and nods, stepping over to the
stove, setting out two plates of spaghetti on the table for them, then
blinking, picking up a third plate. "....Why'd I set this out?"
a_different_kinda_mistress: Hikaru just looks at him oddly because she
had NO idea
traveler7012001: "Well, I suppose that's fair enough. Well, eat up!
You came here for dinner, and you are both hungry, after all." Tsubasa
blushed slightly and nodded, smiling sheepishly. "Thanks Mr. Blink."
She begins eating hers carefully.
a_different_kinda_mistress: Hikaru nods echoing Tsubasa's thanks and
digs in realizing she is starving.
traveler7012001: She begins eating hungrily, starved after her long
day, and the food IS good.
traveler7012001: Blink frowned softly at the third plate of food,
snapping his fingers idly, the book vanishing. "You two want anything
to drink?"
a_different_kinda_mistress: Hikaru looks up with a faint grin,
"Chocolate milk?"
traveler7012001: He smirks. "Now that, I can do." He stands,
dramatically, flourishing, waving his hands producing two tall cold
glasses of chocolate milk for them, setting them down in front of the
girls. "Unless you want to share a glass?"
a_different_kinda_mistress: this was practically the only time Hikaru
felt greedy and looked to Tsubasa to make sure she was ok with not
sharing
traveler7012001: Tsubasa giggled softly and kissed Hikaru gently. "Two
is fine. We're both pretty thirsty."
a_different_kinda_mistress: Hikaru grins and nods taking a swallow
traveler7012001: Tsubasa smiled and took a drink from her own glass
carefully. "Mmm...."
traveler7012001: Blink sat up in his chair. "Ah, that's it. Curious,
would you...Oh, nevermind." He stands and steps out. "I'll be back in
a few minutes."
a_different_kinda_mistress: Hikaru blinks confused but goes back to
devouring her meal deciding not to worry about the odd blonde man and
his quirks.
traveler7012001: Tsubasa continued eating carefully, taking a sip from
her glass on occassion. "He's kind of strange, but he's nice, isn't
he?"
a_different_kinda_mistress: Hikaru nods as she swallows, "He is nice.
but definately weird."
traveler7012001: She nods solemnly, turning back to her food.
traveler7012001: Blink opens the kitchen door carefully a few minutes
later, stepping inside holding a leash, leading Tenmaru in carefully.
a_different_kinda_mistress: Hikaru jumps up " 'Basa-chan look!" she
uickly moves around the table and drops to her knees hugging Tenmaru's
neck.
traveler7012001: Tsubasa jumped up and smiled, hugging Tenmaru tightly
as well, laughing. "Tenmaru!"
a_different_kinda_mistress: Hikaru smiles brightly then with all the
enthusiam of a kid at christmas jumps up and rockets into Blinks legs
hugging the life out of them in thanks.
traveler7012001: Tsubasa grins and rockets into him as well, wrapping
her arms around his legs with Hikaru, hugging him tightly. "Thank you
so much!"
traveler7012001: Blink smiled and stroked their heads lightly. "I'm
glad you enjoyed the surprise. He'll be staying with you two."
a_different_kinda_mistress: Hikaru shares a look with Tsubasa before
looking up at blink, "REALLY?!?!?!?" she squeels
traveler7012001: He smiles on hearing and seeing both of them react in
unison. "Yes, really. Can't be without your loyal animal companion,
now can you?"
a_different_kinda_mistress: Hikaru hugs his legs tighter, she's
estatic about having Tenmaru back with them.
traveler7012001: He smiled and stroked their heads gently. "Well, i'm
surely glad to see you both enjoyed your surprise..."
a_different_kinda_mistress: Hikaru nods enthusiatically and releases
him to bound back to tenmaru and hug his neck happily.
traveler7012001: Tsubasa hugged him again and smiled, movving back to
join Hikaru and Tenmaru, hugging him gently and stroking his fur
softly.

It takes about a minute and a half for Schad to finally answer his
phone. Part of the problem was he was sleeping, dreaming, and happy.
Sometimes the only times he was ever actually happy was when he was
dreaming. Somehow everything worked out in his dreams. He knew that
was uncommon and that many people never even remembered their dreams.
He found his phone and tried to find the answer button without opening
his eyes. He couldn't he focus on the display well enough after just
waking up though.

"Talk to me..." Schad said hoping it was really important.

Luc sighs in relief, "Schad it's Luc. You might be in danger. There
are some creatures that apparently consume life force." she pauses
because she knows how crazy that sounds. Then she begins to sound
broken, "Schad... so much has happened... Zen... he's... he's...." she
couldn't finish the sentance as she's wracked with yet another wave of
grief. Akylah seeing this wraps one arm protectively around the silver
haired woman and hugs her close while taking the phone from her and
bringing it to her own ear. Her voice is much huskier where Luc's had
been silky, "Obviously Luc trusts you to have told you this much. Luc
is no longer in Paris, she is in Brazil with me and the other's that
are trying to take these creatures out." she pauses to gently stroke
Luc's back as the woman is sobbing again, the faint sounds of it may
be echoing across the phoneline.

Akyolah sounds slightly miffed then her voice goes emotionless a mimic
of The General's "I do not believe anyone said anything about you
coming here. Infact you coming here is the last thing you should do as
we can not spare the fighters to protect you should we be attacked
again..." She would have continued on her tirade if not for the pained
look on Luc's face, Akylah sighs softly and hands the phone back to
Luc who sniffling softly gives him the instructions then tells him,
"I'll text them to you as well sincei know it's early." she finally
hangs up and doesjust that texting the information to Schad.

"That my dear is why it was a question. Yes or no is fine. So if it's
no why am I being contacted. AND further more I can fight for myself.
Why would I need your soldiers? Who is the enemy? No one has told me
anything yet!" Schad says sounding a bit on edge himself. This is all
very inconvenient but it wasn't the first time he's had enemies. He
was most annoyed with the lack of information and that he was now
talking to a stranger he knew nothing about. Being on the phone meant
he couldn't sketch her because he didn't yet know how to sketch
through transmissions such as this.

[uh alright so what now? Does he know where to go? I need to know
what's going on I haven't been reading this. Also Trav got me to watch
the first epsiode of Figure 17 all the way through. I love it! I'm
probably going to watch the rest by the end of next week. I'll have a
new computer too so watching it will be easier than before.]

just been brought to Brazil. Tenmaru just got brought to the girls by

Akylah looks vaguely annoyed but knows Luc well enough that there must
have been some reason that she called that irritating male. With a
soft sigh Akylah leads Lucrecia into the house to introduce her to
Blink and the girls.

Blink glanced up as Akylah returned with Lucrecia and the others. "Ah,
Akylah, Lucrecia, DD, and, of course, Oldina! You're early! ....Or,
equally possible, i'm running late. Hm." He sets a plate of food down
on the floor for Tenmaru. "I DID buy dog food for him and put it up.
You're welcome. Lovely to see you again Luc, you're looking....Not
very well actually." He seems to ponder this, briefly before setting
out plates of spaghetti for everyone.

He smiled his usual cheerful grin, refilling the twins glasses of
chocolate milk carefully. "Please, miss Akylah, this isn't at all
confusing. Confusing, eat up, I worked hard on this food." He stops,
giving each of the adults a firm, or at least an attempt at a firm,
look, before continuing.

"This isn't confusing. Confusing is showing up at your own wedding,
being mistaken for your future self who's getting married and is late,
and realizing you don't know anyone there except for your best man.
Who is with your other self, and also late. That, indeed, is
confusing!" He trails off slowly, looking at the twins thoughtfully
for a moment, then back to Akylah.

"It was a very strange afternoon. By the way. I need to talk to you
and Luc later, and I need you both to promise you won't kill me. You,
kind of can't anyways, but, it's easier on me if you, promise not to,
a bit. You understand. Or not. But, well, just trust me."

Akylah is rubbing her temples as is Lucrecia but both women give him a
look that could have melted Shiva. neither knowing why he would say
that in regards for whatever he wanted to ask. Neither woman anwsered
as they both sat down to eat.
