Friends ~

In my lifelong quest for a deep sense of joy and well-being, I have studied many spiritual and personal growth disciplines and have taught some of them to others. Now I am taking things to a new level by developing my own simple, daily practice to:
~ enhance my connection to Source
~ strengthen my love for myself
~ embrace the present moment
~ allow my desires to manifest

If you have these same goals and a desire to realize them more fully, I invite you to come participate in an exploratory group I am starting. We will play with the program I am developing and support each other in coming into greater alignment with our divine Selves! I started this new practice three days ago and immediately began to notice a significant increase in my joy level, so I'm hot to get moving on this quickly so we can explore it together! Re-arrange your plans to make time for this - it will change your life for the better if you do it!!! Now is the time for you to become who you truly are :)

The practice is grounded in the Abraham-Hicks material and the Law of Attraction (www.abraham-hicks.com), and is heavily influenced by my studies of Eckhart Tolle, Caroline Myss, the HeartMath Institute's work, and the grounding meditation I have been teaching for some time now. The primary focus is on feeling as good as you can, as often as you can - bringing you into energetic alignment with your divine self so your desires can manifest. The daily commitment is for a morning meditation, then using specific techniques to keep you aware throughout the day, an evening meditation, keeping a simple journal, and sending me one short email each day to let me know how you're doing.

Here's the plan:
We'll meet on Monday, January 25th from 7-9pm at the Mindful Body Center (in central Austin)
I'll present the program to you in detail and we'll chat about it and the principles behind it. Everyone who is interested at that point will commit to doing the practice for one week. Then we'll get together again on Monday, February 1st, to review and re-commit to another week (if desired). My experience as a meditation teacher has shown me that the greatest obstacle for most students is the commitment to do the work. That's why we're just doing a week at a time. It can feel more do-able. As we see and feel results, our enthusiasm and commitment will build naturally.

For now this is a free program, as it's still in development and I will be incorporating your feedback as I refine the practice. A small donation to help cover the cost of the space is optional and appreciated. Your participation at this stage of the program will enhance the final result! So if it resonates with you, join me. I am excited about the opportunity to co-create this with you :)

The Mindful Body Center is at 1708 Houston St, near Burnet and North Loop - www.mindfulbodycenter.com

Call or email me to reserve one of the eleven spots in the group. I'll be happy to talk with you about it in more detail over the phone too. Feel free to forward this information to any friends who may be interested.

Cheers & Blessings,
Eva
