Exitnotes are given by the cryptologist after returning a core. The exit note contains the sector number (the exit gate number), and the code you need to exit the maze. You do not need to memorize or paste down the code, since pressing the exit button will automatically do it for you. These notes save and changes when the player rejoins a different server.

The notes are one of the most important objects in the game as they give useful information that can help solve the lore. These also give more information related to people such as Dr. I, the entities and some other unkown faces.

Patch notes were added on October 8, 2021 and allow players to view information about the latest update. They also let the player know how many updates have been made since they last played the game.

Abandoned due to a slightly contagious pathogen, we return back to one of the main cities, Kin! Beware that the residents aren't as friendly as your normal robloxian, and it's rumored that some people exposed to the area never die once. Who knows if it's true, though.

Note is a tall, bipedal being with dark grey skin with two horns, one of the horns having pink stripes on it like his lower legs. On notes chest is a mouth with a sharp set of teeth and his hair which is styled into pigtails is split dyed, the colours being pink and black. In their concept art, only one of their legs has stripes compared to their 3D model teaser which has it on both. *in the final design, Note had only one pair of stripes on their legs*.

The Notebook is a tool obtained from chests or brought from merchants that players can use to place down small notes/messages on the ground, which can be read by other players. The text in messages cannot be entered freely, but rather must be selected from a list of premade words and phrases.

Placed notes can be appraised by its readers, through either "commend" (upvote) or "disparage" (downvote) options. Its appraisal score will appear when read, with each commend vote increasing the score by 1, and each disparage decreasing it by 1. Notes can also be placed in the Dark Sea, although due to the randomized nature of the Dark Sea islands the notes will be randomly placed on any Dark Sea island. (including cross-server?)

Notes have a despawn timer, which starts ticking down the moment they are placed. By default, this timer is 30 minutes long, however, if the player who placed it has the Durable Notes gamepass, it will start at 60 minutes. Furthermore, each appraisal, whether positive or negative, will extend the timer by 20 minutes.[1]

Given that the notebook is part of the chest loot table, NPCs from merchant boats or merchant deckhands can randomly sell it. This is useful for upgrading certain Deckhand professions, such as navigator.

In the Chapter 3 you can apparently only find notes about a story called "The Girl and the Witch". Basically this notes talk about the story of "Hiachi" and "Sama". This gives a lot to the story to the game, since you get to know more about this characters because of this notes. There are at least 5 notes in this Chapter.

Note "1" by ??? - "A little girl named Hiachi was playing with her doll, wich she had called Shaku, Shaku was like the only friend to Hiachi. Together, they snuck out to go on an adventure. Like they always did. Upon their adventure, she stumbled onto a sakura forest that was a vibrant pink and red pattern that had such a beauty that was mesmerizing to Hiachi. In the middle of the entire sakura forest was a distinct and vast sakura tree that seemed fairly taken care of."

Note "2" by ??? - "In the middle of the sakura tree bore a seal, with the title of 'Here lies the seal of the accursed witch'. Hiachi spotted a dark figure standing besides the tree. At first the figure seemed frightening but it did not emit any sense of harm to Hiachi. She approached the figure and asked "Aren't you lonely out here?". The figure did not say a word but simply stared at Hiachi with its head slightly tilted".

Note "3" by ??? - "The dark figure suddenly changed its appearance somewhat resembling Hiachi with its own hat except everything was coated black. The demon finally responded in a calm soothing voice "I dont have any friends. Would you like to be my first?". Hiachi was skeptical of the figure at first as she never had a friend, but asked their name out of genuine curiosity of a child. When the figure responded with her not having one, she named it 'Sama'."

Note "4" by ??? - "The dark figure presented itself as a friend. Sama told Hiachi that she was trapped here due to a misunderstanding thousands of years ago. Each day the girl would visit "Sama", and over time, Sama became more and more of a mother figure to her than her actual family. Sama was the only one who understood her, knew her secrets, kept her secrets...and she was the only one who knew they were there. Sama told her of an old story of her past."

Note "5" by ??? - "Sama claimed that long ago she was sealed by someone who quite resemble Hiachi. She said she was stuck here thousands of years ever since she had a conscious on earth. Sama then asked a favour of her. A favour that seemed important. Sama said "Oh...my dearest Hiachi...we are family and family help each other out...please do a simple task for me and...I will eternally show you joy...please...take off the seal...we can go anywhere together..."."

I have a problem with copying text from Notes. I'm trying to copy few lines of text from notes. I mark text with the touchpad => copy (cmd + c or right click and copy), but when i want to paste my marked content do the eg. google chrome, it's is pasting different text (it pastes incorrect text, few lines above my marked text).

I've been having this issue since Catalina. I can never paste the text that I copy and its super frustrating. I've tried typing new text into the note, deleting, and then copy and paste, and paste never pastes the text I copied. It seems to be a handful of lines / characters later down in the original note I'm copying from.

Same problem. Whether I open in a separate window or just work from one Note to another. Seems to be an issue writing to the clipboard. Can't fgure to where it gets the random text it pastes, either. Nothing I had selected.

I have the same issue, but I cannot even copy-paste within the same Notes document. It seems to copy text a few lines above or below. The only way I can fix this is to quit and reopen Notes. However, after a short while the bug recurs.

I have the same issue as you and others in this string express. I'm running 10.15.2, Notes 4.7. Just like mentioned "Seems to be an issue writing to the clipboard. Can't figure to where it gets the random text it pastes, either. Nothing I had selected." Any solutions known?

Thanks. That does seem to work, at least most of the time for me. I spent an hour with an Apple senior support fellow yesterday. I'll be taking screen movies next time, and running through a checklist of troubleshooting steps we worked out. That's one of them. I'll post what I find out here.

Judging by the things written in the notes as well as the grammar, they seem to come from Orby, since the notes talk about how they will not be able to maintain this world for a lot longer, which is what happens in The Finale ending. Remembering these notes will trigger a special dialog during the final moments of the Get a snack at 4 AM ending, in which the player will tell Dummy that they will have something important to do, that they will be fine after, and that they will what it is when the time comes. This specifically means that they have to be the one to take the role of Orby in order to save Cashier.

Gear Upgrades were added to RoBeats on May 07, 2018. Within this feature, players are able to upgrade stats on a gear of their choice. Accessible through the "Crafting" GUI and click on the "Upgrade Gear".

Gear Upgrades are methods of gear improvement. Their purpose is to increase a gear piece's power and improve a player's performance in scores, multiplayer matches, and Leaderboards. Applying these upgrades require notes or gems.

Currently there are 5 elemental gears.Rare blueprints can be bought from the Gear Store (costing 15 stars per blueprint) and achieving rank 201-400 on leaderboards, while Legendary blueprints can only be obtained through top 200 on leaderboards.

Lost Objects are objects that randomly appear on buildings. You can find them by stumbling upon them while traversing the landscape. Some of these lost objects can be picked up and sold at NPC shops around the map for varying amounts of dc (District Credits) depending on their rarity. There are six types of rarity, those being Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythical. Sellable objects are on the Junk and XP Booster tabs.

Notes are bluish pieces of paper that are like lost objects; you can pick them up, and they appear in your inventory. However, they are also different from lost objects since their location is fixed to a certain spot. Another thing about these notes is that you can only read them if you have a Note Decrypter in your inventory. Note Decrypters can be found as lost objects or in Supply Crates.

These notes contain lore of the game, that might play into future events. As of v0.77, there are 5 notes, those being Kas's Introduction Note, Kas's District 1 Note, Cade's Introduction Note, Cade's District 9 Note, and Cade's District 10 Note.
