Special nighttime car/bike wash fundraiser tonight!

Step down to the Royale tonight, Sunday from 9pm to 11pm for a car wash/bike wash/shoe shine/book sale to benefit the Stein family at this critical time. Pete Stein a much loved rambunctious and spirited young man from South Saint Louis had been involved in an awful accident in Portland where he lost both his legs a few inches below the knees. Pete Stein along with a few of his brothers have been a part of the Royale family over the years and the entire Stein family is a close friend of ours. Jack Stein, who currently works at the Royale, is headed up to Portland where his older brother Pete is in the hospital. Jack will be driving up to Portland with Royale belletristic bartender John Fausz.
Proceeds will directly benefit the travel expenses for Jack Stein, employee at the Royale on his journey to visit Pete. Any excess funds will be passed along to Justin and Peggy Stein, the parents of the mighty Stein tribe. There will no doubt be many costs associated with rehabbing Pete back to the life of action. We will also have a bucket inside on the bar to toss any other funds you would like to donate to the cause.

If you have nothing to clean, all proceeds of the sales of the book "Founding St. Louis" by Prof Fred Fausz will go to this benefit.
I will also be spinning wax on the street from my home stereo. So step by to get a wash, lend me a hand or bring a piece of wax to give a listen to benefit Pete Stein and his family. Tips are always appreciated and will also go directly to the cause.
