Ialso want to mention how many animations and gun models were ripped from Absolution, which is why some may seem familiar. I actually hope some of these Alpha animations (such as reloading pistols) can be added to the main game as they are far better than the current ones.
Everyone probably knows this by now, but human shields were fully functioning in the alpha. IO please please bring this back for Season 2. It think it would allow for a better balance between stealth and assault gameplay.
Not sure if this is obvious but Point Shooting was in the alpha. It was also buggy as shit. You seemed to have to subdue or garrote a person before being able to activate it. Since some weapon perks were leaked we are likely to see this return for Season 2.
Switch on a tap
We can notice that ability to turn off tap was already present in the alpha, but removed in the final H2016 release. This ability was introduced in H2 (not at the relase but in a following patch).
We can also tamper the tap with a wrench. If we turn on, we can turn off the tap. Instead, we can sabotage the tap by using a wrench. It serves as a distraction for NPC.
There is a delivery truck (in the parking slot) that is locked. You must find a key (or use a lockpick/crowbar) to open it. Inside the truck, there is a crate where you can conceal something. This crate is ultimately brought to the rendezvous point between Novikov and Decker. A good way to bring an illegal item (or a bomb) at the meeting point.
Disguise
The time taken to dress up is increased compared to the final release.
Like dumping bodies in wardrobe and box. It seems tat IOI concentrated on gameplay instead of realism.
Sheik disguise is allowed everywhere (even in the attic).
Screwdriver and speakers
You can either break a loudspeaker with a crowbar (like in the released game), but you can also loosen the fixation with a screwdriver. You next push the speaker to make it fall. You get two ways to break the fixation of speakers in Alpha.
Remote Gas Device will knocked out permanently NPC, compared to subduing them. No stars are present when this item is used. They are only waking up when retreived by guard NPC.
Sounds like it forces you to choose carefully your strategy. Using device leads to permanent KO, while subduing is a temporary strategy.
Suitcase
Suitcase and scale
Agent 47 can climb up a ladder with a suitcase. The suitcase disappears during the climbing but reappears magically when 47 reaches the top of the ladder (not possible in Hitman 2, 47 leaves the suitcase at the bottom of the ladder).
Video showing this feature: HITMAN - The best Sniper Rifle of them all. - YouTube
Before concealing a gun (or an object) in the suitcase, 47 must openly carry the said object (in H2, when putting an object in suitcase, the inventory opens and the player can choose the object he wants to conceal).
Crate and hidden stash
To conceal an object in a crate or a trash, 47 must carry the item first before selecting the option to conceal. When an item is concealed in it, the crate or the trash will be highlighted in green when instinct is used.
Combat
Like Hitman Absolution, only two hits are sufficient to KO a guard NPC. In the final release, after two hits, the guard is laid down but still conscious. we need to knock it once more to definitly KO him.
Dumping bodies
When two bodies are dumped into the same box or cupboard, 47 can only select the disguise of the last body dumped. To recover the disguise of the first body, 47 needs to get the disguise of the 2nd body before having access to the first body.
Bouquet Final
In-game description : Start the fireworks in a convenient moment.
It corresponds to Playing with Fire mission story in released Hitman 2016 game. The fireworks trigger is located at the same place as in the release game.
Sheikh Ya Booty!
In-game description : Go to the auction room.
It corresponds to Guest of Honor mission story in released Hitman 2016 game. You need to get the Sheikh disguise and go to the auction room.
IAGO Invitation
In-game description : Stalk Valerie St Clair.
You need to obtain the IAGO invitation from the person who discusses with St Clair. There is no counterpart for that mission story in the release game. However, all this scenario is present in the final game.
The Show Must Go On
In-game description : Get rid of Sato.
It corresponds to Lights Out mission story where you need to get rid of Sato in order to Novikov to make his speech at the end of the show and breaks the light over his head.
Some mission stories present in the final game are somehow present in the alpha but other not:
15 Seconds of Fame (Helmut Kruger mission story): No sign of Helmut Kruger in the Alpha. This mission story was absent in the alpha.
Waiter disguise in the basement
The disguise is located in a wardrobe where a NPC is standing in front of it, preventing 47 from taking it discreetly. In the final release, the disguise is on a bench where 47 can obtain easily.

Stylist location
In a backroom (where the journalist that looks for a lens is present in the final release), the two stylists are located differently. The journalist is absent, meaning that this mission story is absent from the Alpha.

Vampire disguise
Funny thing: the vampire disguise is present in the Alpha in the same room as in the final release. The disguise is however located in front of the door instead of being behind the statue.

Square Enix's most anticipated upcoming video game known as Hitman has been showing a lot of potential since the launch of its closed alpha. Thanks to leaked in-game visual content from the alpha, gamers now know what to expect from the game. The response to the screenshots and short clips from Hitman's Closed Alpha has generally been positive. Those having access to the closed alpha have lots of good things to say about the game. However, while the gameplay and visuals of the upcoming stealth-action title are smooth, the optimization and technical performance of the game is a mess.
The testing of the Hitman's closed alpha is currently underway and it appears that the game is very demanding in terms of its CPU and GPU requirements. Apparently, an NVIDIA Titan X hasn't been unable to hold 60 FPS steady at 1080p resolution and ultra game settings. This is quite a surprising discovery as we're talking about one of the best GPUs currently available to the consumer market.
Of course it is too early to judge the performance of the game as it is still in its alpha testing phase. The developer has yet to add a lot of finishing touches to improve the performance of the game on PC. Come December 8, 2015, you'll be able to play a (hopefully) much better version of Hitman. Until then, do share your views with us in the comments section and Stay Tuned for more. We've already witnessed some amazing screenshots and some interesting details about the game which you can check out here.
The closed alpha of Hitman is a huge resource hog, where even NVIDIA's GeForce GTX Titan X can't run the game at a stable 60FPS at 1080p on 'Ultra' settings. Now we are noting here many times: this is just an alpha, and not indicative of the final version of the game.
But, with the alpha build of Hitman already chewing up a serious video card like the Titan X and not even being able to spit out 60FPS at 1080p, is worrying. YouTuber 'polaric90' has posted a video using a Titan X, with an average frame rate of around 40FPS. With the performance on one of the best cards on the market not even hitting 60FPS at only 1080p, what will happen at 1440p? 4K?
The biggest thing to worry about here is the console versions of the game, which are much slower than a Titan X. It looks like the developer has quite a bit of work to do on optimization between now and December 8, when Hitman reaches the Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

An alpha leaked. All the guns use placeholder models but there are a bunch of names for future reference. The alpha also mentions the type (light, heavy, magnum) of the gun next to it. There are many customisation options so some entries might be duplicates. My guesses in brackets:
Recently it has been confirmed that the game will be released in March 2016 instead of December 2015. Is it possible someone could change the title's date to 2016 instead of 2015? would be very much appreciated.
In the leaked alpha you could enable the console and use the same give weapon cheats you could in Absolution. If you type "give" it will display a list of all the weapons in alphabetical order as a prompt. Anyone want to see if they can access locked stuff using this?Temp89 (talk)
In the game there are a lot of melee weapons. Among other things, knives, swords, axes, etc. Can insert screenshots of these weapons in dyskusju page as a curiosity?--Emto_PL (talk) 07:37, 14 May 2016 (EDT)
I spent some time and now I believe that the issue is that the encoder for this model does not correctly encode the words. For example, I looked at the encoder vocabulary and made sure that the word "Hitman" is in there. I then gave the encoder the word "hitman". Interestingly, the word vectors are generated for "hit" and "man" separately.
The vocabulary token is " Hitman" with capital H and a space at the beginning. In the GPT tokenization the space is important as it allows to distinguish between at token at the beginning of a word from a token in the middle or at the end.You can see that is string correspond to a single token:
