Key Requirements:

Experience:

• 5+ years leading QA and Test Automation for multiple scrum teams with Agentforce experience (legitimate, verifiable experience required).
• Experience in Agile environments; SAFe methodology preferred.
• Onshore/offshore collaboration experience.
• Strong leadership skills: motivate & inspire teams, delegate effectively, resolve conflicts.
• Health Care domain experience preferred.

 

Technical Skills:

• Salesforce QA experience: planning, execution, and test automation.
• Strong Agentforce testing experience, including non-deterministic testing concepts.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Selenium
• Java / JavaScript
• API and data integration testing
• Test Management tools: Rational Tool Suite, JIRA
• Experience testing customer support and contact center systems a plus.
• Understanding AI concepts in testing, validating prompts, refining based on results, and ensuring realistic test data.

 

Certifications:

• Salesforce certifications required. Please provide certification emails or Trailhead links to verify credentials for onshore candidates.

 

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration.
• Ability to mentor, guide, and lead QA teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
