Job Details
1. Sales Cloud Development
Customize lead, opportunity, and account management processes
Automate sales workflows with Process Builder, Flows, or Apex
Implement forecasting, pipeline visibility, and quote-to-cash solutions
Integrate with external sales tools or ERP systems
2. Service Cloud Development
Configure and extend Case Management, Queues, Macros, and Email-to-Case
Set up Live Agent, Chat, or Omni-Channel routing
Create Knowledge Articles, Entitlements, and Service Contracts
Customize Customer Portals or Experience Cloud Sites
