Role: Lead Business System Analyst/Product manager – Auto Finance
Experience: 14+
Location: Plano, TX Day 1 Onsite
We are looking for a seasoned Business System Analyst (BSA) with deep experience in the Auto Finance domain, specifically in handling Vehicle Title Process workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support system enhancements and integrations related to vehicle titling, lien perfection, and registration.
Job Details
15+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
Strong understanding of Auto‑finance domain: vehicle loans, leasing, credit adjudication, collateral, repossession, collections, risk.
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Auto Finance Title Process
Work closely with business units, operations, and IT teams to identify gaps and improvements
Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and use cases
Support system upgrades, integrations, and new implementations related to vehicle title management
Experience working with DMV interfaces, lienholder services, and electronic title systems
Provide ongoing support: troubleshoot issues, fix defects, liaise with users.
Produce reports & dashboards to track metrics: delinquency rates, portfolio performance, payments, defaults, operational KPIs.
Ensure compliance with auto finance regulations, risk policies, internal controls.
