Service Now Production Support Role

Rate $55/hr. C2C
Location – Austin TX – onsite - Locals

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology. 

• At least 5 years of experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, CSS, Oracle, PL/SQL, Unix.

• At least 3 years of experience in supporting the ServiceNow Platform. 

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, CMDB). 

• Experience and understanding in Production support. 

• Familiarity with integration concepts (API, Web services, REST/SOAP). 

• Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills.

• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.

• Analytical and communication skills. 
  
  Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

• Exposure to advanced ServiceNow modules like Discovery, HRSD, and ITOM. 

• Experience in ServiceNow upgrades and patching activities. 

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
