Overview:
Seeking an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with deep expertise in Property & Casualty insurance and data projects (including data migration). The role focuses on driving the vision, roadmap, and delivery of insurance data products and platforms to support underwriting, claims, actuarial, and regulatory needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage product backlog for insurance data platforms
Define vision & roadmap aligned with business goals and compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders, data architects, and engineers on product features
Ensure data quality, governance, and integration for core P&C functions
Prioritize features for maximum business value ,Duck Creek ,
Serve as SME on insurance data flows, sources, and processes
Requirements:
10+ years as Product Owner/Business Analyst in data-focused roles
Strong P&C insurance domain knowledge ,
Strong experience in Guidewire or other insurance software platforms (similar products: Duck Creek, Majesco, Insurity,
Experience with data management platforms, warehouses, or MDM solutions
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Agile frameworks
