Job Details
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will manage and deliver technology projects within the contact center domain, focusing on cloud-based platforms, Google CCAI, conversational AI, and integrated customer engagement solutions.
The TPM will work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure successful execution, clear communication, and alignment with business and technical objectives across global teams.
Project Delivery & Execution
Manage end-to-end execution of contact center technology projects—from requirements and planning through deployment, testing, and stabilization.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure predictable delivery.
Coordinate and manage dependencies across telephony, IVR, AI/ML, chat, CRM integration, WFM, and analytics components.
Contact Center Technology Expertise
Support solution design and implementation using Google CCAI, including Dialogflow CX/ES, Agent Assist, and CCAI Insights.
Assist in deploying AI-driven IVR flows, chatbots
Work with engineering teams on cloud migration activities and ensure alignment with technical standards and performance requirements.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Provide clear and concise project updates, dashboards, risks, and impacts to senior stakeholders, including directors and VPs.
Translate complex technical details into business-friendly, actionable information for non-technical teams.
Maintain strong communication channels across business, product, and technology teams to ensure alignment.
Team Coordination & Leadership
Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment on tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
Work closely with project leads, technical leads, and managers to support effective execution and remove blockers.
Encourage a collaborative, accountable, and continuous‑improvement mindset within project teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with engineering, product, security, operations, analytics teams to ensure smooth integration and end-to-end delivery.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and planning sessions to drive alignment and clarity.
Operational Excellence
Support establishment and adherence to project governance models and reporting structures.
Identify and drive process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
Ensure project activities comply with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements.
