Location: New York - Hybrid


Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled AEM Senior Developer with strong hands on experience in Adobe Experience Manager and a solid understanding of insurance business processes The role involves developing and enhancing digital platforms that support customer engagement policy servicing and claims management for insurance clients

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain AEM components templates workflows and integrations tailored to insurance use cases
Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate insurance requirements into scalable AEM solutions
Implement responsive and accessible frontend interfaces using HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and modern frameworks
Integrate AEM with backend systems such as policy administration CRM and analytics platforms
Ensure code quality performance optimization and adherence to development best practices
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning estimation and delivery
Support testing deployment and postproduction activities across multiple insurance platforms
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions in alignment with service level expectations

Required Skills and Experience
Strong hands on experience with Adobe Experience Manager including Sites and Assets
Proficiency in Java J2EE Sling OSGi and RESTful services
Experience in frontend development using HTML CSS JavaScript and client side libraries
Familiarity with insurance processes such as customer onboarding policy servicing and claims workflows
Exposure to DevOps tools CICD pipelines and cloud based AEM deployments
Ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross functional teams
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
