Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Java & React development to lead and manage software projects across the full lifecycle. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership and communication skills to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning to deployment.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Ensure technical feasibility and alignment of deliverables.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and manage resolutions.

Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Monitor project progress and generate status reports.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions (as needed).

Technical Requirements:

Strong background in Java / Java EE / Spring Boot development.

Understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and modern software architecture.
