Role Name: Performance Testing Lead
Location: Jersey City, NJ. - Locals


Due to additional onboarding requirements, a meet and greet is required for all new hires.


JOB DESCRIPTION:
Gather requirements working with Business / BSAs / Architects.
Review Test plan and workload design.
Guide offshore team with complex scripting scenarios using Neoload
Conduct detailed performance test analysis and reporting, identifying the performance bottlenecks using AppInsights / Dynatrace.
Collaborate with stakeholders / dev. teams to debug performance bottlenecks.
Review performance results with Business and IT stakeholders for each release.
