IAM Operations Lead
Location – 5 Days Onsite in Houston, TX
Duration – 5 years
Job Description
Around 8 - 10 Years of experience in support Identity Management support projects, Onshore Lead – Responsible for managing the IAM team (~20 FTE’s) plus IAM services which includes the following scope:
Must have skills
- Identity governance and administration (Savyint IGA – Primary skill requirement)
- User lifecycle management & access provisioning (User Access provisioning/deprovisioning)
- Access Management of Authn & Authz. Policies and SSO integrations and MFA (Entra ID)
- Should have a deep understanding of the delivery aspects of IAM support related engagements
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with client application stakeholders for demand prioritization for backlog management for enhancements and application onboarding needs
- Client interfacing and strong communication skills
- Would be responsible to interface with Client stakeholders for issues clarifications and work as an interface to the offshore team
- Resolution of issues that are escalated from the L2 support teams
- Perform Root Cause Analysis of incidents and implement fixes
- Needs to work closely with offshore personnel for ensuring efficient operations support working through IAM tickets, IAM platform support, IAM enhancements
- Perform trend analysis of incidents and implement process/technology fixes to eliminate/reduce repetitive issues
- Development of fixes to resolve repetitive incidents

- Privilege account management (Beyond Trust PAM)
- Endpoint privileges management (CyberArk EPM)
- CIAM (Okta)
