Role: Product Management Practice Lead
Experience: 14+ years
Location: Plano, TX - 5 Days onsite

Key Responsibilities
1. Define Product Operating Model
Design and scale product operating model: team structure, roles, decision rights, and funding models.
Architect product portfolio: domains, product lines, and individual products.
Standardize processes for intake, strategy, roadmapping, backlog, QBRs, and investment cycles.
Establish governance ceremonies (e.g., release reviews, postmortems).
2. Build & Govern Tools and Practices
Create a central “practice portal” with templates, playbooks, and guidance.
Define standard success metrics — OKRs, North Star, product health, ROI.
Select and manage the product tooling stack (e.g., Jira, Confluence, analytics tools).
3. Elevate Product Culture & Expertise
Lead the Product Guild/Community of Practice.
Develop competency models, leveling guides, and training for PMs.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing skill development.
4. Ensure Product Excellence & Compliance
Embed governance for privacy, security, and accessibility (WCAG, SOC 2) into standard processes.
Define and monitor operating metrics for customer success, business ROI, and product performance.
🔹 Qualifications
8–12+ years in product management, product operations, or portfolio governance.
Proven experience designing and scaling product operating models and OKR frameworks.
Strong stakeholder influence and cross-functional leadership skills.
Expertise with modern product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
