Job Role: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Job Description:

Oracle EBS Contracts Management Implementation Consultant

Designs, configures, and deploys Oracle EBS/Cloud Contract solutions, guiding clients through the full lifecycle from gathering requirements, defining "to-be" processes, configuring the system (including clauses, workflows, and integrations), testing, to post-go-live support, focusing on best practices, risk mitigation, and maximizing customer value with Oracle's SCM/Procurement/Contracts modules.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand current (as-is) processes and define future (to-be) state for contract management.

Solution Design: Design optimal solutions using Oracle Sales and Procurement Contracts, aligning with industry best practices for Enterprise, Project, and Sales and Procurement Contracts.

Configuration & Implementation: Configure Oracle EBS/Cloud SCM/Contracts modules, including the Contract Terms Library, workflows, and data imports/exports.

Integration: Develop and manage integrations between Oracle Contracts and third-party systems like Agiloft

Testing: Develop test strategies and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful deployment.

Documentation: Create detailed functional designs, configuration documents, and training materials.

Project Management: Manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and risks, proactively escalating issues.


Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and offer first-line support post- implementation.

Stay Current: Maintain expertise in new Oracle product releases and features.
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience: 3-10+ years in Oracle SCM/ERP implementations, with specific focus on Legal, Sales, Procurement & Contracts.
Full Lifecycle: Proven experience with end-to-end implementations.
Technical Skills: Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM (Procurement, Contracts, Order Management).
Consulting Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
Certifications: Oracle Cloud Certifications are often required or preferred
