Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer with specialized expertise in Snowflake and Python for a Client Reporting Modernization initiative. This role is focused on handling and processing large-scale datasets (terabyte scale) within a financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
· Power BI & Snowflake: Extensive experience in Power BI development combined with Snowflake-specific SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning.
· Data Modeling: Expertise in data modeling techniques specifically aimed at optimizing storage and compute costs within Snowflake.
· Automation: Proficiency in Python scripting for automation of data processes.
· Integration: Proven experience integrating Snowflake with BI tools like Power BI.
· Cloud Services: Working knowledge of AWS cloud platforms and their associated data services.
· Data Scale: Demonstrated ability to manage and process massive daily datasets at a terabyte scale.
