[League\Uri] Thoughts on the next major release

Hi all,
As I am trying to bug fix the remaining items before releasing version 4.2. I thought about bringing here my thoughts on the next major version of league\uri. I've open a issue on the repo and you are free to comment and add remarks to the plans that I have. hopefully this will make the package more robust.

It is not mentioned but depending on the release this next version may drop support for PHP5.5.
