| MEREDITH M. TURNER Councilwoman, Cuyahoga County Council Meredith M. Turner is a dedicated public servant and driven leader shaping a more inclusive future for Northeast Ohio. As a Councilwoman for Cuyahoga County Council, she brings a strategic, community-centered approach to policymaking focused on expanding opportunity and advancing justice.
Meredith has directed critical resources to strengthen neighborhoods, support diverse organizations, and address equitable access. Her leadership has created lasting impact, ensuring all communities have access to vital investments.
Beyond government, Meredith is a founding member of the Cleveland Chapter of the National Congress of Black Women and an active leader in the Greater Cleveland Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she empowers women and promotes civic engagement.
A passionate advocate for fair housing and economic inclusion, Meredith works to dismantle barriers and create pathways to success, embodying purposeful, community-driven leadership. |

| Join us for ‘The Reset: A Mental Wellness Experience’ With Cleveland Clinic We could all use a little reset, right? Join us on Saturday, May 23rd from 9 AM to 1 PM at the Cleveland Clinic Langston Hughes Health & Education Center for a day of learning and wellness.
In celebration of Women's Health Month, we're partnering with Cleveland Clinic to host an exciting event featuring a powerful panel exploring topics like confidence, purpose, healthy boundaries, healing and personal transformation, caring for the caregiver, menopause, nutrition and more. Plus, small group discussions, interactive wellness stations, lunch, raffles, and even more opportunities to reset.

| YWCA Workforce Development Programming with Woman of Achievement Presenting Sponsor KeyBank
Yesterday, participants in YWCA Greater Cleveland Workforce Development Program concluded an impactful eight-week journey with a wrap-up session on job search and interview skills facilitated by Women of Achievement sponsor, KeyBank. The Workforce Development Program is designed to equip participants with essential job-readiness skills and prepare them for meaningful employment opportunities. Throughout the program, participants engaged in workshops covering resume building, computer literacy, workplace reinforcement, legal and financial issues related to employment, peer support, certificate training opportunities, and volunteer experiences that help maintain benefits. During this session, KeyBank shared practical strategies for conducting successful job searches, preparing for interviews, and confidently presenting professional strengths and experiences. The session served as both a celebration of participants’ accomplishments and an important final step in preparing them for the next phase of their career journeys. We are grateful to KeyBank for their continued partnership and commitment to advancing economic empowerment within our community. |
