Jane Christyson is a visionary leader whose four-decade nonprofit career has expanded opportunities across Northeast Ohio. As CEO of Girl Scouts of North East Ohio, she leads nearly 19,000 girls and 7,000 volunteers, championing courage, confidence, and character in the next generation.
Under her leadership, the organization has achieved remarkable growth, now ranking among the top councils nationwide. She has secured critical funding to expand access for underserved communities, ensuring more girls benefit from mentorship and leadership development. Her commitment to equity is reflected in initiatives that remove barriers and amplify diverse voices.
A strong advocate for girls in STEM, Jane led efforts to launch innovative spaces like the DreamLab and STEM Center of Excellence, inspiring girls to pursue high-demand careers.
