Hello everyone.

I see this taking one of two relatively structured shapes. (1) The
group could become more like a e-Book Club, where we all decide to get
the same theory reader, each person takes a chapter, and we discuss
week by week. Or, (2) no book is needed if some people who have the
theoretical background volunteer to summarize key theories for the
group to digest and work back and forth together.

Which seems more appropriate?
