All,

I'm writing to you for one of several reasons.  Either you've attended a workshop on theopoetics, you've voiced interest in the subject via a book or article, and/or your body of work seems related to the field of theopoetics.

My name is Callid Keefe-Perry, and I am the webmaster of THEOPOETICS(dot)NET, a website developed for those of us interested in the intersection of poetry, narrative, postmodernism, and the Divine, however we name it.

Some of you may have received the mailing this summer, but given its paper format it seemed worth connecting via an email with direct access to the site. You're on this one time  mail list because I thought you might have an interest in some of the content over at the website, and because I thought you might be interested in contributing articles for the blog or for posting directly to the web via the bibliographies.  Since, some of you are teachers and professors, it seemed as if THEOPOETICS(dot)NET might be a useful resource for your students and colleagues.  In any case, you can judge for yourself if the site is of any benefit to you and yours by checking out http://theopoetics.net and seeing if there is anything there to pique your interest.

Among some of the options there you can Sign Up For the Newsletter and get periodic email updates about information pertaining to theopoets and the field in general.  There is also a place to connect with others who have similar interests at the Forum, where you can share ideas, resources, and opportunities for growth.  For those of you with interested in new media, you can check out some web videos about theopoetics at the video section of the site.

If you would be interested in contributing to the presence of theopoetics on the web, then please feel free to contact me via Cal...@theopoetics.net

I am excited about the possibilities that the (re)emergence of theopoetics offers to all people of faith and the Word, and I am grateful that each of you are engaged in your work.

With particular gratitude,

Callid Keefe-Perry
Webmaster of THEOPOETICS(dot)NET
